My original order was not delivered. Turned out the courier was at fault. Subtel contacted me and offered to send me another one. They did. So top marks to subtel. Impressive customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Subtel. I placed an order for a laptop battery two months ago, and not only did I never receive the item, but I also received no tracking information, updates, or communication about the delay.
When I finally reached out to their customer service, I was informed—only after asking—that my parcel was "presumed lost" and that they had now initiated a refund. There was no proactive communication from their side, which is completely unprofessional.
A company should take responsibility for informing customers about delays or lost shipments, rather than leaving them in the dark for months. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend Subtel to anyone expecting reliable shipping and customer support.

We're sorry to read this.
The first parcel did not arrive due to the incorrect address you gave (according to UPS). We shipped the parcel again at our expense as a gesture of goodwill with the normal post to a new address you gave us again the delivery failed due to ''address problems''.
This happened twice in a row in your case while it does not happen with other orders.
Finally, if you do not receive your parcel, please tell us so we can help. If you don't tell us anything, we cannot know.

New life for my Garmin!
Carefully selected the battery I neeeded, and it arrived three days later. Used their fitting guide to fit it, and am delighted to say it has put new life into my Garmin sat nav., just as they said it would. Many thanks for excellent service and great guidance on the website.

Ordered battery and turns out that the battery ordered is not compatible even though their advertising picture clearly states it is, they do not provide returns labels so expect me to return item to my expense and they will send out the correct battery. Bad customer service from my point of view and I have sent a photo of the advertisement. Thanks for reply on trust pilot I cannot seem to reply to your comments so will edit this, if you want to resolve this can I suggest that you send me the correct one with a returns envelope and everything will be resolved happy days for all. Thankyou.

Good product but poor choice of courier
Very nice lens hood & cap which works well with my lens. The company dispatched the package promptly but it then took 17 days to arrive. Part of this is due to Hogmanay/New Year. Subtel were prompt to chase it up when asked but the courier (DPD) then blamed the bad weather. The weather has been bad however, the Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Amazon all managed to deliver on time in this period. So good product, poor choice of courier.

The parcel was not delivered as promised. To say the driver could not find my address is insulting to the intelligence of your customers. I live in the most famous and obvious block of flats on the sea front! Last time I had a delivery from before Christmas it was a day late. The performance of your delivery is appealing hly bad.
