Highly Reputable and Exceptional Service
I have purchased several Laptop Batteries from Subtel and found them to be reliable and at a competitive price. Also backed by a three year warranty.
I recently had occasion to contact them regarding a battery which I bought last year and must complement them on the after sales support I received. Having explained the issue, they dispatched a replacement without hesitation. It is refreshing to find that level of customer support - A company that actually does care for their customers.

Replacement R1200 battery working well…
The replacement battery for my Flymo R1200 robot mower arrived quickly. It was easy to fit and Robbie now has a spring in in his step. Time will tell how well it performs over time but so far it's very good.

I have not received this item and when I have tried to track it DPD say they have not had the item from you. I have just retried the link and it still says the same. I have complained and you have said leave it until 2/5 ie tomorrow. However it seems that you are taking my money without providing the goods so please re-imburse me immediately

Fake battery
I ordered a replacement battery for a Logitech mouse. It seemed to work ok for a few months, but now it never charges properly - always reporting 20% but never more. After a day, it's dead.
I've tried reaching out to this company twice via their support link on amazon - no response.
I cannot recommend a battery from this company, despite the unusual positive reviews on here. If I truly had a one-off dud, why do they not respond?
Update:
As of 23/3/26, probably prompted by this, I get this email:

Not quickest delivery, but it was in line with expectations.
Item was delivered on time and in good condition. The glass is a little loose in the frame so it can rattle a bit, I am not sure if this will be a problem?
