product still not arrived been told your looking into this. dhl lost package

I ordered from subtel as I needed the battery urgently and they offered a delivery of 2-3 business days. They were not the cheapest by any margin but the delivery time was the best.

It's now been 10 days and it has not arrived. The tracking information I had to request shows no record with DHL. Subtel say it is stuck with customs but I do not see how they can tell this as there is no record of it online.

The website gave the distinct impression that the item and business are in the UK. They are in Germany.

This has proven to be a costly mistake. I will update on the outcome.

Edit: battery did arrive but took over 2 weeks. Refund was offered also. Have upgraded to 3 stars. Subtel were responsive and helpful but the delivery time was poor. If this is an issue the advertised delivery time should be changed/caveated or perhaps use a different courier.

All went well. I have not tried the battery, as it is a spare, but it is clearly the appropriate one. My only quibble is with your choice of deliverers: I waited in on the day they said it would come, and it did not. They then told me it would arrive during a time slot on a subsequent day. It did not, but it did arrive late that evening with no attempt to contact me and was left in a drizzle. By great good fortune I checked outside my door, and found it.

They are selling items at nearly £40 that are fake. They don’t even say stay too big so what else are they selling what are fake? I couldn’t be bothered to send it back for the 40 quid because you’ll probably find out it’s a false address absolute fake robbers

Your company was stupid enough to use DHL they have had my purchase for four days but are so useless that they are unable to find my address

I will never use them or your company ever again and will tell everyone I know how bad you are
Have contacted you twice and cannot get anyone with a granule of sense to help me

My concrete mix came a day later but happy to start work on a job needing Concrete Cheers,will order again if needed.

The product & the professional packaging were impressive. However, the delivery service, DHL, was appalling. I was waiting by the front door & a passing dog walker witnessed the delivery man throwing the package over the side gate at the back of my cottage. ( I didn't see this myself.) As I went to the front gate, he was driving away. That's why your professional care was so important. I've put in another order on the strength of your care & product, but would prefer you use another carrier. I don't believe in rewarding a poor service. Thank you & well done!

Very quickly delivered. Unfortunately the battery was faulty and had to receive a refund.
The problem was remedied very well indeed. Very impressed with the service. I would use them again for any further purchases.

I fitted the battery as per youtube, but the battery would not charge. I updated using the TomTom website, but still nothing. Showing grinding gears and connect to PC image. Not charging.

Finally received order. just what was required .

I placed an order which was delivered by DHL. The DHL driver opened our front door and threw the parcel through the door while we were in, they made no attempt to ring the doorbell.
I complained to DHL who told me that this was not acceptable, but I would have to take this up with Subtel as my contract was with them. I contacted Subtel who responded with a statement saying that the door was open and they would not do anything else about it. They would not take any responsibility or action despite the fact that it was their contract.

So pleased to find a company that has supplied me with a battery for my Sony digital handycam which has not been used in years.
