Service at Porsche Colchester
Booked in and was reminded of date and time. Greeted with a smile explained how long etc asked if require a coffee , tea or cold drink in fridge. Given a Uber credit to go into town if you wish too as was going to take 4hours. Then Tristan conducts a ‘masterclass” on how to go onto dashboard- highlighting how you can change the screens etc

My partner brought a car from you guys. Extremely disappointed and upset with the poor service costing her£1000+
During her service and MOT in August 2025 the mileage amount was input incorrectly at my last which has caused her a huge amount of issues with insurance and selling the vehicle.
This has cost her upwards of £1000+ as £650 was deducted when she sold the vehicle for the ‘clerical error’ and she could not get a number of cheaper car insurance policies because the mileage was incorrect.
She has tried to make a complaint directly with the branch however this has been completely ignored and no resolution provided. No apology no empathy or anything. They say they’ve requested for this to be changed but what about the inconvenience, time, stress, hassle and financial loss this has caused her.
I do understand errors happen however it is how they are put right which matters therefore, I would avoid the Chelmsford branch to avoid a poor level of service and potential costly mistakes!!

Overall the customer service was poor.
Prior to attending the appointment I was told over the phone that the works should be done my midday so I decide to wait. I was left with no proper updates. I kept having to ask for an update. I was then informed of a finding on the car- having temporary repairs in the tyres. I have never changed the tyres. I the noticed that on the day I collected the car from the video I took whilst still at the store it shows the repair on the tyre. I informed the person and the manager was made aware. He refused to even come out and speak to me or even acknowledge my follow-up email.
I was sat there from 8 AM to 1430. Being left with no update, no acknowledgment just showed no respect for customers. If I had been told I would’ve gone home or even for a walk. And it is very appalling. I didn’t have this treatment by the sales team at all. And it’s really unfortunate. I have an appointment coming up and I’m literally dreading coming in I was looking to even go elsewhere but not sure how this will work with warranty etc…

Absolutely nightmare experience stuff are very horrible unwelcoming and I was overcharged unnecessarily for investigating gearbox noise felt so unhelpful, this experience opened my mind better for future purchases BEST TO AVOID MERCEDES THEY ARE THE DAY LIKE ROBBERY. No thanks

Great washing of the car, asking for payment upfront is not acceptable and not contacting me when I specifically leave a note on the car for issues is a total failure of customer care. A new suspension part that is 10 months old and done 2700 miles on it that is faulty is not covered by warranty is poor imo too. Still waiting for a response to move forwards ..last year was no better with customer care either

Bought my 9000 mile 22 plate Porsche from Nottingham Porsche. All was well, car was delivered and upon looking at the infotainment i see it is overdue a service as it has actually never been serviced.
Porsche reassure me it was serviced but paperwork then suggests different. Turns out the 121 point check was ticked that it also diddnt need a service despite it needing one and then i got a lot of excuses, a lot of delays (managers on holiday) and in the end promised calls became ZERO calls.
Now i have a car that was advertised with a Full service history and a dealer who dont want to own up to their mistakes that it has actually never been serviced. I generally would of thought a Porsche experience to be positive but this is frankly the worst i have ever been treated as a customer by any dealer ever.
I am amazed they try to blag their customers and i would advise all customers to look into the history of your cars you bought from them. The 121 point check isnt worth anything as they don't check it correctly anyway. They wouldn't even send me it.. Just want your money and forget the problems. Sadly, having to instruct solicitors to deal with this as it's been a costly experience. Not my first P car but my last with Nottingham... BUYERS BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE

I been service my car at lakeside mercedes for last few year
and all ways request same technician work on my car as he knows my car well and I look after my car, I
have book this six weeks advance and was told after they
service my car was another technician work on it but they
should have inform me before they work on my car when i open the boot rub was rip and still you can see oil on top cap not even been wide clean. I request manager look it and told he will talk his manager and get back to me but never did.
plus I forgot something in the car when back to get it one of the staff was so rude. This time there service was really
bad.

Read a lot of these reviews which put me of somewhat, I found my experience one of the Best I’ve had with main dealers,and I’ve dealt with a few,
BMW M60i I saw and asked for a detailed video , this came and I put a deposit down, I live over 200 miles from Leeds, the communication was good , I’m not the best to deal with and have lots of questions and I’m really fussy about my cars.
So I travelled up to view and collect car, I arrived and was promptly met by Helen , William and Charlie had answered all my questions before and understood I was in the trade and I was a very fussy person! By my own admission !
Back to Helen , she showed me the car and we went on a test drive , car needed fuel so we stopped, she very kindly filled the car up ! I was only expecting £25 fuel.
Back at the dealers the process of paying was dealt with and on leaving she gave me water and coffee for my return journey .
Helen answered all my questions, I was given as much time as I needed to complete the purchase.
I would make the journey again to Stratstone Leeds just for the excellent experience I’ve had with dealing with them.
