Visited BMW Stratstone Hull, staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially Jules at the front desk. Excellent dealership, and a good selection of cars in to see.

Steve was great, very smooth handover
He was great fun and made us both feel comfortable and built trust straight away

I was speaking to Kirsty and she was great, I had drove over a nail and needed it sorted so as my car was in workshop, she kept updating me and kept me in contact as it was in the workshop, they ordered the part and the same day it was fitted, the staff are Very understanding, friendly and have a laugh with you and is certainly a 10/10 place to be. I highly recommend.

I just want to thank nick for 1000% percent above and beyond service i have searched high and low for a part and only stratstone bmw hull have stock of the part in the whole country but not only did he make sure my order was kept aside for me he dropped it to me on his day off as he happened to be 145 miles away from his area and was in my area cant thank him enough absoulute top guy thank you nick credit to your company

Took my car in for a service on saturday morning, after booking it in with the service receptionist we left to go shopping. 10 minutes later I received a call to say the service wasn't due until next year, but the would do the mot as well!! I then explained it gets serviced every year regardless, and as for the mot I didn't book the car in for that.
Upon collecting the car i found out they had mot'd it, which i hadn't asked for, but there are now 2 advisories on it, which would have been sorted before it went for mot anyway.
I am still waiting for a manager to contact me regarding their incompetence!!!!

Just bought my BMW X1 via Nathan in the sales team. Really nice guy, very helpful, and did me a great deal against my part exchange. I live near Derby and have some medical issues and he delivered the car to me which, for him was a round trip of 212 miles. How's that for service. Had a few queries during the purchase, over a couple of days, and if he wasnt available he was assisted by colleagues Sam, Kerion and Bash. Again all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Must'nt forget Lydia who talked me through the service plan. What a team. Highly recommended.

Steve has been very courteous and helpful throughout the viewing and buying process. Nothing was too much trouble and he was able to answer all of my many questions . Very impressed .

Recently bought my BMW X7 from Stratstone BMW Hull and it’s been the best dealership experience I’ve had. From the first visit (where Steve even stayed late to help me out) through to the aftercare months later.

Steven Briggs has been great to deal with. Attentive, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout. Ricky, the used car sales manager, was also supportive early on, but it’s Steve’s ongoing aftercare that’s really stood out.

The service team have been excellent as well, handling every request and making sure the car was made up to a high standard. Did a solid job with fixes, which I really appreciate. Not surprised the dealership has got so many awards on display.

No complaints at all - genuine 10/10 experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying with Steve and this dealership.

Visited the dealership and met Bash from sales. Was looking at a 2 series coup m240i. Sat in a car in the showroom and then had a chat over coffee. Throughout our chat he was attentive and really took time to understand what features were important to me. He searched both new and used car stocks and found just one meeting my needs, which was on the forecourt, I received a good PX price for my bmw 300e tourer. 73 plate. A great experience from an empathic and customer focused sales man 11/10.
