Liked it that I finally received something.

Liked it that I finally received a replacement phone that works. Disliked that the phone that was originally offered wasn't available and that there was no notification of a problem for more than a week---until I called my provider and asked what was happening. The sec ond phone that was offered also turned out to be unavailable.

A complete scam

A complete scam. Still waiting after a month for a dryer repair, multiple calls, been told multiple times it is being escalated and will be contacted through email, will never purchase from Home Depot or anyone offering Allstate warranty again

Great Service

The guys fixed my washing machine so that it is better than new. No grinding news when agitating, and quieter spin cycle. They even cleaned under it!

Kerosine Heater

I submitted a claim and requested a replacement item, however, after a couple weeks, I found out that the replacement item wasn't available. Then, I was given the option to receive a check, however, the amount of the check is way less that what I paid for the item, so I'm left with having to pay more to replace the item (a kerosine heater).
