This company took care of the problem right away with no hassles. I was so thankful, I had gotten this protection plan. If not, I would be out of my merchandise. It went so well and I really appreciate Allstate protection plan.

I had to buy the motor for my Amyet…

I had to buy the motor for my Amyet 1500w v90 e bike then get reimbursed money back but they sent wrong motor,so I contacted them they told me a month ago that they were out and they would restock and would be sent in middle of February so I contacted them they said there not re stocked yet and now they want to give me a discount if I buy a new bike from them I haven’t had this bike a year yet and all I need is the new motor that I paid for also they asked if they can reimburse me money and to put to new I’ve had problems from the beginning since I got the bike went I complained there email suddenly wasn’t working and by that time bike was 30 days to return ran out I think they owe me a bike

Gas Dryer Claim Nightmare

I purchased this LG Signature dryer aka the premium one they sold at Costco and added their extended warranty (through Allstate/SquareTrade ). Shortly after, the dryer started emitting a strong gas smell – a serious safety issue.
I followed all the steps: contacted customer service multiple times (agents just read from scripts and offered no real help), they finally sent a repairman. He smelled the gas but "couldn't find an internal component" issue. I had the gas company come out twice – they confirmed it wasn't our lines. I even paid for a professional venting company to inspect – nothing wrong with the vent.
The warranty agent claimed it was a "vent issue" without even checking the vent! They denied the claim anyway. This kicked off 15 straight days of me calling daily just to get updates or explanations. They dragged it out with the usual "2-3 business days" excuses.
In the end, they offered a lesser/cheap replacement model as if that fixes a dangerous gas leak defect. This feels like a complete scam – they seem designed to deny legitimate claims on technicalities to avoid paying out.
I'm extremely disappointed in Costco too for partnering with this warranty provider and selling appliances tied to such poor protection. I thought buying at Costco meant better support and reliability, but this experience has been frustrating, stressful, and unsafe.
Do NOT purchase the extended warranty through Costco. If your appliance has a real issue like this, you'll likely be on your own after endless runaround. Save your money and buy from somewhere with better service or self-insure if possible.
Avoid – zero stars if I could.

Allstate protection is worth the money

I was very happy to receive compensation for my defective item. However I don’t understand why my No Lemon Policy was not activated when I called for the fourth time about the non working ice maker and asked for a new frig. I bought a new frig and noticed the No Lemon Policy, compared it to my old policy and then finally got the process started.

No update or Communications nobody…

No update or Communications nobody showed up to repair it now you guys want to replace it and never got a confirmation on a replacement one so I feel this is a waste of money and a scam

not happy

made a appointment on feb. 4 for feb. 26. a 3 week wait to get a technician to come over is too long. technician came on feb. 26 then he got it running but it needed other parts for another problem. i got the ok to wash clothes, but when i tried it malfunctioned again. tried to get him back but the phone number sent me back to Lake appliance repair. I tell them my washer isn't working again. so they said they would check with the technician and call me back that day feb. 26. no callback. so the next day i call again and explain my problem and they say they will check with the technician again. Still waiting for a callback.
