VERY POOR REPLACEMENT CHOICES
I was offered three items to choose from. What is being replaced (Bissell petpro crosswave) was not one of them.
The two that were in the same general category but inferior brands and models had extremely low ratings. This is not at all acceptable. The item I chose is an off brand and I should have been offered a trusted brand such as RIGID.
at all what the item being replaced was. The replacement is for a Bissell PetPro crosswave and that’s what it should have been replaced with. If that was not possible then refund should have been issued.

My claim was handled quickly. The process was easy. Refund was very fast.
I’m disappointed, really
The technician was at my house on 7 February, and told me the condenser was bad and needed to be replaced. Yesterday I received a replacement lint filter assembly and an outlet temperature/humidity sensor. The new repair technician called me this morning and the earliest they can come to my house in 5 March.

Gerrero was prompt for the appointment within the 2-hour window of time he notified me about the evening before, and performed the repair quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
Ice maker nothing but a hot mess
I purchased an ice maker from Walmart and it starting making noise when it made ice and then quit making ice all together in just a few short days. I filed a claim and throughout several short replies that left me with more questions than answers, I finally got a number to contact them directly. The warranty offered did not cover the ice machine price because it was on sale. So instead of replacing it with the same model I am forced to take reimbursement of the sale price. Had the option of a different warranty been available I would have paid the additional price for it. I never thought I would have to use it, but I do like peace of mind that in the events something breaks, I am covered. The whole process has been a disaster taking several days and several emails that could have been avoided entirely. Their lack of communication throughout the emails and no explanation of the warranty is very disappointing.

It works very well.
This was my first time making a warranty claim, and the process was quick and easy. I appreciated having my appliances insured.
Allstate tried remote repair first
Allstate tried remote repair first, then had me ship it in when more was needed. Replaced the SSD, and it's been working perfectly for two weeks. Very satisfied.
Appliance warranty not great.
Seems like they are try to get out of honouring they're extended warranty on my LG appliance. Shop elsewhere for extended warranties.

Frustrating to get reimbursed
Initial claim response went great, got instructions on what to do, but it is all do it yourself. You must find a company, you have to schedule everything and pay up front. Then you submit receipts when it's completed for reimbursement. Did all that. Got emails back saying my claim has been submitted and will be in contact within 1 business day, and then nothing.... Been waiting for a while. Resubmitted, still waiting. We'll see if I get paid back. Definitely not the easiest to do. I thought by buying the warranty it would all be taken care of. Not the case.

The service tech was amazing!
The service tech was amazing! He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He was able to easily identify and resolve my issue. It was the best warranty experience I have ever had.
The worst
The worst, my phone crack and they told me to take it to a repair shop and now i need to buy another phone to use while my phone os been repair or stay with out phone wich for people like me that's not an option

I do not feel like we have been…
I do not feel like we have been serviced well enough for me to give a review. My refrigerator went out in January and we have complied with all that was asked of us and still have not received any service. I feel like all we’ve been doing is getting the run around from the manufacturer because they do not want to repair our refrigerator. It’s been well over a month now and all we’re asking is that they repair or replace our refrigerator as we are still under the manufacturer warranty. I am very much considering taking this to the Better Business Bureau if nothing is done. Thanks
