I attempted to submit a claim on the same day my insurance expired, but the website would not allow me to complete the submission. When I contacted customer support through the chat, the representative immediately told me that the plan had expired and that nothing could be done, and that I needed to call instead.

After that, the process became very frustrating. Because I had two different plans, I was sent back and forth for several weeks regarding the receipt. I was repeatedly told that the receipt I submitted was not the correct one for the product.

I had to make several phone calls to try to resolve the issue. After a couple of weeks, I decided to resend via email the same receipt that I had already been trying to upload to the website for weeks, and finally it was accepted. The process was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.

The Representative was very kind and Knowledgeable.

Very simple process. Made sure my replacement was delivered quickly.

Had warranty on the power power washer neither one of your companies are honored on my to repair my power washer so it’s not a good. It’s not a good rating. I’ll give you one one star

My washer is still not fixed. It's a simple screw and bushing and they can't figure out what's wrong even though I sent a video and pictures

I purchased glasses at Sam’s Club with Allstate SquareTrade coverage. When the AR coating failed, I filed a claim. The resolution was a check or e-gift card. The agent represented that the card could be used for purchases at Sam’s Club or Walmart.

They failed to inform the card can not be used for fuel purchases, which is the bulk of my transactions.

I called SquareTrade and they informed me they didn’t know the card could not be used for fuel. Despite their error, they refused to void the gift card and issue a check.

Failed Product was replaced with a similar product. 2 options were provided to select from. Shipping was quick.

The only complaint is that it took a while to complete the transaction.

It was very simple to submit my claim and the Allstate team was quick to respond. Their directions were very easy to understand and it was much appreciated. I hope to never have another fall where I land on my face, but if I do, I'll be glad I have the insurance protection - because I will be buying it again!

This was a difficult educational experience for me, understanding the Walmart/Allstate/Square Trade Warranty Requirements. I paid Cash for the repairwork; however, I was disappointed that reimbursement was Credit that must be used for purchases at Walmart.

I was told a check was coming, I waited almost 3 weeks and never got it. The immediately voided the other check and got a new one out the same day! Thank you!

Was called today and happy I was given a gift card

I had to wait almost 2 weeks for my gift card and I had to call in like probably 10 times. Finally switch to a different email and got the gift card. This situation does need to be looked at and fixed.
