After 29 emails not including phone calls calls to customer service speaking to someone I could not understand. All information was sent time after time same information and receipts. I am sure Costco would not want their customers treated this way

We contacted Allstate Protection Plan regarding a noise we heard while operating our 8 cu. ft. vented Electrolux, Front Load Stackabel Electric Dryer, Model #ELFE7537AW, purchased in August 2024 (delivered in September of 2024). The problem occurred not long after the manufacturers 1 yr. warranty expired. We bought the set and the washer had a problem with the dial, shortly after purchase, and was replaced by Home Depot. When the dryer began making the noise, we were told to call an appliance co. to fix it, then apply for reimbursement. We refused. We then were told we would get a $100.00 Home Depot gift card plus reimbursement up to the cost of the dryer, to fix it. We also refused, based upon feeling the original set we purchased were both "lemons" and requested a replacement. We were then offered the full replacement cost of the dryer with a Home Depot gift card. Seeing there are monthly fees and an expiration date on the cards, we requested reimbursement via check instead, which was honored. Although we are out $180.00 for the purchase plan on the dryer, we are glad we purchased it and are very happy with the results. We recommend getting Allstate Protection Plans for your appliances, since unfortunately companies do not build things like they used to.

I was very impressed with the quick communication and flow of work orders to repair my Bosch dishwasher. Very impressive. The repair technicians who came were very knowledgeable and pleasant and we're able to fix my issue.

The part that did not go as well is that although I sent pictures of what needed to be repaired and model number etc, the wrong parts were sent ahead of the technician twice. Trying to get the correct part delayed the repair. If that did not happen my repair would have been completed in record time.
