Excellent service! Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with my prescription sunglasses, they were too big and just didn't look right. This wasn’t an issue, they said no problem just pick another pair and we will get them remade for you.

I had an appointment this morning
I had an appointment this morning, made appointment on line and had a confirmation. When I arrived the receptionist said the appointment had been cancelled on 26th. This was news to me, I certainly hadn't cancelled. Anyway being very frustrated, I decided after many years with specsavers, I have got an appointment tomorrow with an alternative optician.
