Ordered some water shoes from socks for myself and my girlfriend. Tracking number shows that the items have been sitting in the same place for over a week now. Email sockz to cancel my order and request a refund, however received no response from them. I will shop with Amazon from now on

Every single review here mirrors my experience- just awful. Please do not order from this company.
Sockz is horrible ( if it is indeed a company) with non-existent customer service. My shoes were ( allegedly) packed for shipping the day after my order. Since then- crickets. No response to emails( though I get a hundred emails a day from them promoting products). No working phone number.
I tried to support a small business by ordering from Sockz. I will stick to Amazon from now on.

Recently ordered white knee high compression socks per my doctor. The order took 16 days to arrive only to be the incorrect items. I called the company but the phone is not in service. I have e-mailed 5-6 times in the last 10 days without receiving a response. I ordered from Sockz instead of Amazon to give other companies a chance. When wrong items were received, I ordered through Amazon and the correct items were received in three days. I have initiated a dispute claim through my credit card company. I would strongly advise customers to avoid this company. I would have given zero stars but the site wouldn’t let me. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them.

Wish I would've read these reviews first before ordering 9 pairs of water shoes. Never received product and no response to inquiries. Requesting charge back through bank.

Ordered Water shoes and it took nearly 5 months and many emails before I turned the whole thing over to PayPal to handle. Still took another month and the shoes were sent with another companies return address on the package. I got the idea that they spent their money on the website, (it's nice), and not on customer service.

I ordered 2 pair of water shoes. I pair black 4xl one pair aqua sm. I got tie dye 4xl and LG. Sent them 3 emails and they still have not responded. Their service sucks. I just wanted what I ordered. I will not ever order from them again.

One of the two worse places I have dealt with. No notification of shipment, no replies to numerous inquiries and NO PRODUCT was ever received. They are quick to post payment and from that point on you might as well go barefoot! All inept business practices cannot be blamed on Covid!

Ordered socks two months ago. No response from emails sent to customer service. No working phone number.

Ordered two weeks ago issued tracking number. From Buffalo New York. Still haven't sent anything. Total scam I will change if it ever shows up.

I paid for an item on 12/4/2020 still waiting. There is a difference between shipped and label created USPS awaiting item. I open a dispute with Pay-Pal because I can’t get them to respond. Do not buy from this company they just take your money. I can understand better if it was shipped. But it hasn’t moved. Just label created...not the same at all.

This is the worst experience I’ve had with a company ever! I have tried to reach out to this company 6 times. No response. I am not sure this is a real company. People need to stay away from this site. Wasn’t even able to get money back.

Zero or negative stars is more like it. Immediately charged my card upon confirming my order but never sent tracking info or product. 3 attempts to contact them via their customer service link all unanswered. PATHETIC!!!!

Zero stars actually. I'm am sure this is not a real site, if it is the customer service is horrible. Ordered a week ago and still no tracking number. Sent several emails and no response. Don't order from this scam site.

I have purchased sockz with them unable to contact them! I have cancelled my subscription and will get a refund from my bank! Save yourself the trouble order from shopping networks!

Do not use this company it’s a fraud you will not get your order I ordered back in August,I cancel my order and still not cancelled or have I received the item

I ordered socks during the summer. Never received a package. I reached out and haven't heard back.

I ordered products from Sockz on 8/7/2020. After 4 weeks without a shipping notice or any communication, I tried to contact them via email and through PayPal. No reply. At 5 weeks, I requested a refund from PayPal. They never responded, so I went to my credit card provider and requested one there. I have tried to reach this company at least 4 times with no reply.

After 6 weeks, I received a shipping notice that my order was being shipped via DHL (after I'd requested a cancellation). When I entered the tracking numbers into DHL's website, no such tracking number existed! So it appears that the company is now sending false shipment numbers to me (and to PayPal) to pretend they're actually shipping something!

Please do NOT order from this company!
