Back in 2022 I placed an order with Sockz, and after a few weeks, I finally received the order.
Now, in 2023, my latest order experience has been HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I received an email to say that the order had shipped on 24 April 2023. Today is 19 JUNE 2023. I have still NOT received my order. I have sent multiple requests through the only available point of contact: info (at) sockz.com. Always received an automated response through Zendesk... "We'll get back to you in 1 - 2 days" I have NEVER had any response regarding the non-receipt of my order.
This vendor is completely untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.

Submitted and order, received confirmation, they charged my credit card, bur failed to ship the order. Contacted premiertruststore.zendesk.com many times, only to get feedback they will contact me in 2-3 business days. It's been a month and never get back to me .DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUPPLIER. Their are scammers!!

Same as the other reviews. Ordered 2 months ago, daily emails trying to sell more. Never received the order. No response to emails.
Stay away - not worth the risk, in my opinion. There must be other companies that sell 100% cotton socks.

Been close to 2 months,still dont have my socks, but they sure took my money. Tried messaging them, no response. I probably got scammed.

placed order 2 weeks ago phone # not in service do not answer emails...ordered 2 pairs of water booties..is this place a scam???? my credit card has been charged!!! did not find out this is coming from CHINA until after I ordered

It took months to get an order and when it arrived it wasn’t even close to what I ordered!!!
I complained eight times and received no response! Absolutely the worst service ever!!!

Would give a zero if u could a month latter and no shipping info. Can't get a response to email terrible company don't order run away.

ITS A SCAM WEBSITE I SPENT 75$ PACKAGE LOST AND CANT GET A REFUND OR EMAIL. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I thought the socks were nice looking but they obviously will not fit me. The proportions were off. The length of the socks were generous but the tops were too small - obvious to me when I removed them from their packaging.

I ordered 2 packs of socks i thought it was 100% cotton and i ordered the big size for my husband . I ordered in feb 13 and received in march 23 . I was so disappointed the material is very low class no quality. And its very small. Please dont buy and dont be decieved . Its a crap.

Ordered 5 pair of large adult cotton compression socks. Billed 2/9, rcvd 3/20 but they sent 5 pairs of tan and 5 pairs of black socks which appear to be kids size and probably not cotton since labels don't say material and chinese characters only state wash instructions. Phone numbers on website and transaction on credit card are disconnected and they don't respond to emails.

They send you socks that you didn't order. Cannot return. No response to emails. It is a SCAM!

Beware of this company! Ordered socks for Christmas presents. Worst online customer experience I have ever had. Eventually received a partial, incorrect order. Ordered/paid for 18 pair; received 15 pair with some incorrect color/sizes. Disappointed with quality of socks. Could not reach customer service by phone or email to correct quantity in order. Disputed the cc charge, which was denied because company replied to cc company “ we shipped the order.” Wasted hours of time and $89+ during Christmas shopping season. They don’t deserve even the “1” rating I am required to input; should be a MINUS 10!

This company is a scam. The Better Business Bureau should shut them down!!!!! They take your money then never hear anything about your order. No customer service, no email returns, no way of getting a refund.
Beware shoppers!!!!! Do not order from the Sockz website!!!!! My debit purchase had to be approved as a Canada order, but the best I can find out, it is out of China.

Ordered white crew women's socks, But what I received was beige. The numbers on the website was disconnected and I have emailed them twice in the past week and no response. Will never wear beige socks with white tennies

Socks is a sophisticated scam. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I placed an order weeks ago and have yet to receive a shipping notice. The 800 phone number is not in service. Reporting them to Consumer affairs and the better business bureau. In addition , lost out on my money, smh. Stay away from SOCKZ.com. it is a bogus company.

The company is a total scam! My items have never been delivered. The 800 number is disconnected and they don’t respond to emails.

I have ordered 2 pair of thigh high socks. Got an email saying they'd been shipped but the carrier says they don't recognize the tracking number. $20 a pair!! when you include shipping. Have sent two emails with ZERO response.

I ordered a pair of water socks a month ago. They still haven't arrived. Had no idea that they were being shipped from China. Do not order from this website. Unreliable and no response when sending an email for inquiry.
