Finally received my order and it was nothing like was advertised. I ordered non-slip diabetic crew socks and got thin fuzzy ankle socks. I sent a reply email that came back undeliverable. Total scam!!!!

Worst company ever. Took over a month to get the socks, and they came in the wrong size and without any batteries. When I tried to contact the company, their email came back as undeliverable, and no additional way to contact them. Never order from this company…total scam.

I ordered two sets of extra wide diabetic socks on December 15. On the 26, I received an email that the order had shipped. I was hopeful when I received tracking information that the package had cleared customs and was at Dallas USPS on January 1; however my hope is rapidly diminishing since the most recent tracking information is dated January 7. It states in transit, arriving on time. It is now January 31 and the transport time is currently at 37 days, but there has been no sign of the product and no way to contact the company. The email address provided bounces back as undeliverable. I do however receive emails almost daily, often 2 or 3, about a sale or special offer yet am unable to get any information regarding my order. I am naively hopeful that I will receive the order; however, am currently coming to the realization that I am probably out the money and that this company may be a scam since the information provided to contact Sockz isn't accurate/available.

Don’t buy anything from them . You get garbage products shipped directly from China. (Which takes at least 3weeks to get) Bought heated hoody’s that don’t work . Then the email they give to reach doesn’t work just like there products. Buyer beware .

Scam. Ordered XL socks but got XS. Phone number disconnected and email ignored. Stay away from these crooks.

Oh how I wish I’d checked out this company before ordering. Received 6 pairs of men’s socks advertised as “thermal wool” and received 6 pairs of socks made mainly of COTTON. And of course cannot email the company as others have said. Lesson learned!!

I ordered three pair of heated gloves. They arrived in no time but needed a charger for them to work. There was supposed to be battery operated. I cannot get in touch with this company to return them. They say easy return policy and they will even send you a label for returns. Try to send them an email and it always comes back unsendable! You cannot get in touch with this company for returns. I’m out over $100. Do not buy from this company!

I received the gloves this morning. There is one problem. There are "no" batteries or charger. I need a return label and my money refunded. I will order new gloves from Amazon. I am not waiting for another China delivery. Thanks for your help

I wanted to return the heated gloves that did not have the batteries that were advertised as "included". I used the email address listed on the website and got a failure notice each time. No phone number or alternate way to contact them is given on the website. I will never use this company again.

I have Emailed several times to them, With no response. I was short shipped the two battery packs for the rechargeable heated gloves I ordered. If anyone has suggestions on how you can contact in person, please let me know as I would like to get the missing items from my order

ordered in late June took over a month to receive. My order was short shipped of style that was main reason for ordering. still trying to get what I ordered

Ordered in April 2023 - still chasing a refund as my order never arrived! Terrible.

HORRIBLE!! I ordered 45$ worth of socks and NEVER RECEIVED THEM! So i contacted my credit card to get my money back. I was credited the money. I had sent multiple message to Sockz and they never answered but when i got my money back they emailed me and asked me to REPAY THEM ON PAYPAL saying the socks were on the way. They NEVER CAME IN! Do NOT ORDER because they WILL NEVER COME IN!!!!

they need a 0 rating do not do business with this Co. they will send you the wrong items 100% pure cotton is what I thought I ordered they are not tried to return they will not allow returns or refunds stay clear bad bad bad

As far as I can tell they are scammers. I ordered a pair
of swim shoes on Aug. 6 and they charged my credit card for shipping twice (one was for expedited shipping to the tune of $9.98) and I did not receive the merchandise til 9/19. Of course it was the wrong size.

I received the order after about 1.5 months. They sent the wrong items, and are not allowing a return or refund. I do not recommend ordering from them.

Worse experienced ever. I send multiple emails to check on my order and no response. I did not receive my order as yet and it has been over 6 weeks since I placed my order. Do not order from this website, it is truly the worse. I'll repot this to the bbb, taking people's money and no follow up, not responding to emails no phone number listed.

Experience has been HORRIBLE since I placed an order in 16 May 2023, and until today, 29 June, I'm still waiting on a response to my multiple email requests at contact: sockz.com. I received an automated response through advising that: "We'll get back to you in 1 - 2 days" but I haven't had any response regarding the non-receipt of my order.
This vendor is completely untrustworthy. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE
