IK ordered compression socks for my wife. From these people and never received them. They have got there money. But there is no phone number to call them.

I ordered bariatric socks and received ones that would fit a kid. I tried to get a return permission to return them unused, in the package just like the return policy states and they did not respond to my email. Repeatedly. I tried the phone number and NEVER got an answer after trying several days and different times of day. I disputed it with Discover card and sockz denied my return. I'm furious with Sockz and Discover since I did all the right things and they did not.

Nice socks. Good fit, don’t slide down. Bit pricey, but they hold up well. Fun designs too. Grandkids liked ’em

This company is a scam! I never received my socks, and the email address to contact them is not legitimate. When I tried to track my package, I was sent to a blank screen.

No delivery of order and no way to contact Sockz. They are a rip off and I am contacting my bank to dispute. FRAUD

Due to reviews I saw AFTER I ordered, I was panicked. Especially because I ordered 2 sets of 6. Thank God, they did show up. The look of them is not like the pictures per say, but their socks, soo. They are definitely compression socks, and I have to say I had them on in 96 degree heat with a pair of Capri pants, (ya, picture that image) I couldn't believe it. The, didn't make me hotter, & were quite comfortable. Pain to put on which all do, but really can't complain too much

Don't order from this company. I received my order but there was defects in the socks. The customer service email doesn't work.

I had an excellent experience shopping on Sockz. I was suprised by how soft and comfy the socks felt plus they didn’t shrink after a few washes which is great.

Delivrey was quicker than I expected, and the package comes in neat condition. I also liked that they use good materials. Totally recomend Sockz to anyone looking for stylish and comfertable socks.

It took 12 days to deliver the order. I ordered on 30th May and it delivered on 11th Jun, and using them for almost 2 weeks.

Total scam!! Totally substituted items and return/company email does not exist. NO customer service

Scam. All of the email addresses for assistance (including the ones on the delivery notice) are undeliverable. I received a delivery notice for the product on the 11th of May but never actually received the product. Going through the email or site contacts leads to no actual people - all undeliverable email addresses.

Luckily I purchased through PayPal and was able to get my refund that way.

What I find really funny is that there is a "let Sockz know about your review" checkbox at the bottom of this review - which goes to the email address that is not in service...

Socks is a scam. I ordered 6 pair of cancel sock waited weeks and when they were shown to be delivered no socks. I emailed the company twice once with no reply and once with a screenshot of the tracking number telling me to check with the delivery company because it said they were delivered. No help just screwed out of $60 by another rip off Chinese company.

A real scam! Ordered compression crew length socks and received ankle socks! They substituted without my consent and will not correct order or refund! They list an email, but it is not reachable! Offered a crummy 5% discount but no refund. Should be put in jail!

Order 5 pair, all way to small and poor quality, super thin. request return next day, sent contact 3 times no response. website says 24 hour response. Do no buy from them!

I ordered heated gloves. Batteries were supposed to be included. Received the gloves without the batteries. Tried to email them at the email address on their website, but it's a fake, so there's absolutely no way to contact them. The gloves are useless without the batteries and there's no way to tell what kind of battery is needed. Don't buy anything from this company.

Scam... it's been 4 weeks... can't contact them... email is fake. Calling my credit card company to report them. It's just more internet shi+.

It's been over a month and haven't received my order. E-mail provided was undeliverable. You live and learn. But please, NO ONE ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
EDIT: 3/19/2025 I finally received the socks, but they were not the style I asked for. Not sure how to use the heated socks as there is no button on the socks to regulate the temperature.

Placed/Received an order with Sockz for an eight pack of men's compression socks. The Problem? The socks I received were not what I ordered! I've pursued every avenue with Sockz to obtain an exchange or a refund for this parcel with no response from Sockz. I guess this is one online order I'll have to eat. Won't be buying from them again!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM - If you choose to order from this company you are an idiot just like I was. Just like everyone else I placed an order for 1 thing and got something totally different. No possible way to get a hold this company for a return or exchange since they’re hiding somewhere in Hong Kong. The only way to shut this company down is by everyone contacting their credit card company and file a dispute, If everyone does this they will be shut down because Visa & Mastercard will ban them from doing business with them for having too many complaints. We also need to find an Attorney who would take on this case to file a class action lawsuit against this company.

I ordered 2 packs skid resistant sock for $40. After a month of waiting, they arrived as regular socks. I tried emailing and received a bounce back that email wasn’t valid. DO NOT TRUST!

Ordered 2 pair of battery operated heated gloves. I was charged for 2 pair but only got one pair and no batteries and the ad states batteries included. There is no contact phone # & the e-mail address that is on their website is no good. Mail gets returned.
