Website advertises as a company from Buffalo, NY shipping from U.S. and that is a LIE. I paid for expedited shipping and when I called the 800-number to inquire how soon my order would process and ship, found the number was disconnected. I immediately emailed them and canceled the order. Received a robo response they’d get back to me in 24-48 hrs which didn’t happen. Then I get a shipping notification saying my order was shipping from HONG KONG and the tracking link is in Asian. I again emailed them and got the same robo response. FALSE ADVERTISING-STEER CLEAR.

If possible, I would give zero stars! I was supposed to get a six pack and only received 3 socks!

I ordered and paid for 6 pair. I received one. The only way to contact them is through a customer service email, which I've done THREE TIMES without a response. I will file a formal complaint with my credit card company.

I ordered the water shoes to go kayaking since the rocks are sharp and I’m tender footed. They came in, fit perfectly. Shipping did take a while, but I absolutely love them, they dry quick, are grippy on slick rocks. I am ordering my husband and oldest both a pair. They’re cheap enough if you tear them up, you can just buy another pair. I’ve also worn them on the beach because hot sand sucks, and they were great!

Absolutely avoid this company! Ordered on 4/15/22 it's now 6/3/22 and STILL have not received the order! Contested it with PayPal, and they immediately refunded my money, so they must be getting a LOT of complaints that this company is a scam!

I order 3 different styles of compression socks and received 2 totally different styles. When I called the number to resolve the problem the phone number was not in service and emails went unanswered. But, they continue to send me advertisements to buy more socks. I don't believe that they were from Ontario, Canada they also charged my credit card 2-3 months before I received my order. Only used them for three orders but, I feel so ripped off.

Ordered heated socks. They arrived promptly. They were child size not adult. Emailed repeatedly for a return information. No response. Called website provide number. Disconnected. Lesson learned. Do not order from companies advertised on Facebook.

Received the socks. Instead of being the medium and large sizes I ordered, they are one size fits all. They are not as represented in the picture and the material isn’t a material that would be comfortable socks material.
Requested to return 4 times so far with no response.

It took a little over a month to receive my item. I ordered black and received all pink.I contacted them and never received a reply. I contacted PayPal and the only way I can receive a refund from them is to return them at my cost and then they will refund when they receive the item.
This is pitiful. I will never do business with them!!

I'm sooooo pissed off with SOCKZ, I want my money back for Heated Socks that evidently will not be shipped. My son really needs this order because he works in a freezer! I should have read the reviews before ordering but I tell you... DON'T!!! How can the Government allow this!

Place an order on 12-02-2021. Have sent two emails requesting a status but no respond has been received. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before I placed the order.

Earlier I indicated that I ordered in September and hadn't received my pkg and no responses from my emails. Strangely enough my package was delivered Dec 27, 2021. All in tact, but if it wasn't or if I didn't like it...I would not send back. Could you imagine trying to get a refund?

I have been waiting for more than a year (September 2020) for paid two orders. More than 20 e-mails complaining about the lack of shipment. E-mails not even responded. They continue to advertise.

I would never buy anything from this company. They keep send me socks that I did not order and changed me credit card. I have complained 3 times but they will not respond

Ordered from Sockz on June 11. Received an email a week later stating that items had shipped. Tracking STILL (July 9) still reads:

Emails go unanswered and phone number does not work. Don't trust the 10% of good reviews if you want to get something for your money.

I thought I was scammed after reading reviews. Their customer service number is inactive and they don't reply to emails. However, my product was delivered as ordered today just before I was able to dispute the charge with PayPal. Shipping was slow and customer service is non-existent but I did receive my order.

Yes this is a scam I ordered from Sockz,but when I made my order i used the code Freeshipping so that made my order $9.99----but when I got a email it said $9.99---- then today it said my order was $9.99 +$9.98 for shipping,and I think they're trying to get more money off my card---- so I had to cancel my card I'm in the process opening up a dispute--because --this is a ridiculous,shameful,and scary fraud to know people are using fake sale ads to get your money and your personal business.

About my socks on May 28, 2021 ordered water shoes gettin sockz.com. After a few days I started getting worried because I hadn't really heard that they were shipped out yet. That's when I came across this review trust pilot. After reading the review I thought I got scammed. I even went to the bank and I was gonna put a stop payment on My debit Card purchase. However it was gonna cost me more to put a stop payment than what I paid for this shoes at sockz.com . So I decided to let it go. To my surprise today on June 11th 2021 I got a notification from the email saying that my sockz shoes had been delivered through regular postal service . When I got home I checked my mail box. And believe it, or not, my shoes were there . And they're very comfortable and what I expected to get. So when you read all these reviews don't get so paranoid like I did. Give it time and if you need to check your tracking go to the regular Post Office website to check your tracking. I hope this eases your mind. It's not a scam. The shoes came all the wat from china ..i think .. it took some time that's all.
