Spoke to Beatrice from Skipton who was generally helpful, patient and polite. Background noise, odd illegal words from background noise in customer service centre was less so and sounded unprofessional. Almost like staff were too relaxed/too informal.

Locked out by the new Skipton App
I was informed by the Skipton by email that I needed to download their new app because the old one was not going to work for much longer. I was not permitted to use my existing PIN or password as they did not meet their criteria, patterns for the PIN and length and capitals & lowercase etc for the password. So I ended up creating things for their criteria's sake that I cant remember and now I am locked out. I cant get verified back in again without a photo driving licence or a passport, one of which I dont have and the other I dont have with me. The other option is a selfie, I dont do selfies, so there is no point doing that as they have nothing to compare it against. Not happy.
