Unfortunately I fell for the online hype
Unfortunately I fell for the online hype and placed a large online order. When it came a few days ago two items were ok. One item I didn’t like the fit of and two items were faulty.
I went online to do a return on the faulty items and was told I can’t return them because they came from the outlet?! This was never made clear when I purchased them and I thought if an item was faulty they have to accept returns! So I’m stuck with expensive damaged and faulty items. I emailed the company and have had no reply.
I would definitely not order from this company again.

Ordered the sisters and seekers Santana…
Ordered the sisters and seekers Santana fringe cardigan and it had to of been the worst quality item ever. The “fringe” was essentially matted threads and the cardigan itself was super thin and looked completely different online. Had to pay to return also.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. XL cardigan measured at UK size 34/36. Requested refund and refused. No refunds permitted on outlet and this was on sale buy still refused. Do not buy from this company if you are unsure of if item will fit as you wont get money back and they will be rude when you ask

I ordered a cardigan but received a hoodie by mistake. I contacted Sisters & Seekers online and received a friendly email from Rosie within two days, apologising for the mix up and letting me know that the correct item would be sent out that same day.
Within a week, my cardigan arrived, with regular tracking updates along the way. They let me keep the hoodie that was sent by mistake.
Mistakes happen, but it’s how they’re handled that really makes a difference. Friendly, quick and hassle-free customer service. Very impressed. Thank you, Rosie!

Poor exchange policy!
Purchased a travel bag for daughter at Christmas, used three times zip constantly split apart without any force.
Contacted customer service via email due to no telephone communication available.
Response was “sorry unable to help”.
Enquired again as to the reasons why they could not offer a replacement, they simply offered a 10% discount on a new purchase.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company!

Love the dressing gown love the colour it’s so comfy and soft, my only issue would be despite following washing instructions it’s super susceptible to tugs like chunks of the fabric will be pulled out and uneven that I have to keep maintenance of but other than that I love it
