Unfortunately my sweatshirt (a knit) bobbled after wearing once however customer service helped. I’ll use for slouching around as warm and comfy. And it does look nice just shame about bobbling..

I am a huge fan of sisters and seekers, the quality of there clothes is unreal… sadly my parcel got lost by Royal Mail :( but messaging through instagram the lovely Ffion helped me out and I had a replacement with me within 2 days ❤️❤️

Excellent customer service!
I experienced a few bumps in the road when ordering with Sisters and Seekers, but I cannot fault their customer service.
My original shipment never arrived, but Ethan from the customer service team responded immediately, and we received a fresh package only a day or two later- no hassle at all.
The returns process was a bit confusing, something went wrong and I hadn’t got my refund. However, Rosie, also from the customer service team, was super helpful and reassuring! She explained what to do next time and gave me a full refund out of goodwill.
My sister is incredibly happy with what she ordered and says the loungewear set is of great quality.
Overall, I would definitely recommend them!

They were great
They were great, very reliable.
The courier messed up the delivery and after emailing with the lovely workers at sisters and seekers they were able to fix the issue for me.
I would definitely shop with them again

Don’t buy
Won’t be buying from here again the quality of the jumper is not worth the price unfortunately just another one of those commercialised fast fashion brands that pumps more money into their marketing of photoshoots and instagram than their quality of clothing.
The sizing was much too big. When I tried to return it, I discovered that I had to pay for the return myself which was very expensive and then purchase a different size before even receiving any refund. Unfortunately, I couldn’t afford to do that, so I was left with an item that doesn’t fit.
