Our returns policy states that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. However, on this occasion, our team made an exception and accepted your return despite the item falling within a non-returnable category.
We also offer free returns when customers choose an exchange or store credit. For returns where a refund is requested, a small return fee applies, as outlined in our returns policy on our website. As your return was submitted as a refund, this fee was deducted from your final refund amount.

Very nice styles of clothing and colorways, I have purchased many items and am happy with the quality of all. The delivery speed is ok but could be improved. Also a personal preference, I try to wear natural fabrics mostly so I always look at the composition, I would suggest to use more cotton and less polyester etc. Otherwise I am definitely a S&S gal from the jackets to jumpers and co-ords.

Shipment was a week later than promised so I was not able to gift the items as planned . There was no shipping refund and I had to pay to return it so I lost money because of the delayed shipping with no help from customer servicez
