I know its not technically the fault of the company and more the delivery group but I never received my order and it wasn't followed up. Im really disappointed as I was looking forward to wearing Sisters and Seekers for the first time!

Return costs more than the items
Disappointed with the quality and the customer service. Both items I received were much thinner than expected for the price. When I asked to return them, I was told I could only use their chosen courier at a cost of almost $90. . I raised this under consumer rights, but customer service just pointed to the courier policy without addressing the issue.
Be cautious buying here, especially during sales. You may end up with items that don't meet expectations and a return process that costs more than it's worth.

Apparently saying you want to send your order back as it’s not suitable isn’t the same as telling them you want to cancel your order under the consumer rights act. Refused to refund a sale item until I quoted my rights then soon changed their mind.

Bobbling on hoodie- Low quality Fabric
I bought a few items during one of their big sales and loved the hoodie that I got, however, after only wearing it twice I started to notice bobbling on the fabric. Really disappointed considering the price asI thought it would be higher quality material.

Sent me the same product in a mystery box of 3. So I had 2 of the same hoodies
They did resolve it after emails and sending it back, just a ball ache.
But defo not worth paying over £120 for it.

They have 100 percent changed their…
They have 100 percent changed their supplier. The material is totally different is bobbles after one wash and my logo washed off totally after the first wash. This brand was my obsession for their hoodies and the material never bobbled or even looked washed. I have compared my most recent hoodie to this one and it’s honestly so noticeable in the cost cut. I appreciate the offer to return within 7 days however I was on holiday and couldn’t make that return so now I am left with a unbranded hoodie( which I find pointless) could have got that in H&M.
I washed it the night before the airport for the logo to come off and it too look like a battered bobbled hoody. I own 9-10 hoodies from here and they are all going strong. I am afraid this has made me look for another brand as I am so gutted this brand have decided to cheap out on materials and give a 7 day return is just not really ideal.
To be honest I don’t see why to aren’t refunding items you can see have been purchased of late and then photos that show the faulty item in all its glory instead of the hassle of people returning dead items. I Honeslty wouldn’t be faking it, it was on sale. Not happy.
