Obsessed with this hoodie. It’s so thick and amazing quality! So many compliments. Also, I am from the UK but I’m working on a cruise ship in Alaska. I ordered it to be sent all the way here and it arrived within a week. Amazing service.

Jeans far too short, even though model is 5’10
The jeans I bought were too short, however the image on the website shows the model as 5’10 and the jeans are more than past floor length/touching the floor.. I’m 5’9 and the jeans are almost ankle grazers!
But you can’t return and there isn’t an option on contact forms to discuss.

Illegal returns policy
I have purchased more than once and they completly block returns from being made which is illegal against consumer regulations that online stores should accept returns within 14 days regardless of the reason why.
Additionally, the customer service team is rude, unhelpful and patronising. Particularly when I shown that what is stated in the product decsription regarding returns is contradicting their response to me.

Good for a present but a tad expensive
I bought it for my daughter never heard of this brand before, but it’s what she wanted. She loved the jumper. I personally wouldn’t spend this amount on clothes just a tad expensive for me but for a present fine.
