Simple human sent me a lovely 58l voice operated bin , unfortunately fedex the courier totally botched the experience and the bin stayed in there van and returned,
Clarisse ti the rescue , she responded very quickly and issued a full refund asap , so although it didn’t work out I found that simple human are a company with integrity.
FedEx useless !! In the end I bought a simple human bin locally , they certainly know how to perfectly wrap there products. Thankyou

I would like to sincerely thank you for resolving my issue so professionally and quickly. I am extremely happy with my mirror. When I purchased it, I was particularly attracted to the 5x and 10x magnification features, which were very important to me.

Me di un capricho en El Corte Ingles hace un año de este espejo.Estaba encantada.Hasta q la luz empezo a durar poco.Teniendo en cuenta q lo utilizo exporadicamente.Cual fue mi sorpresa un dia al sacarlo de la funda.Q el espejo estaba despegado,La bateria se habia inchado.En los grandes almacenes me dijeron q sin tickets no podian hacer nada y q la casa les habia contestado q en 20 años no les habia sucedio.En la IA dice q los fallos comunes son precisamente esos.Aun lo guardo en su caja de carton ,donde aparece el precio y la pegatina de los grandes almacenes.

I feel the products are well thought out and of good quality.
That being said, we had an issue with the hinges snapping on our 3+ year old 58l recycler bin.
Knowing there’s a 10 year warranty I contacted customer services with photos etc. I expected a little back and forth regarding it but they immediately said they’d replace the bin and 2-3 days later the replacement landed.

Excellent customer service and makes me want to 100% keep buying their products.

I called Simplehuman about a broken Compost Caddy lid - within the 5 year warranty period. Once I was able to send in the required photo evidence, the process was incredibly quick. We received our replacement lid a day later! Very impressive customer support that elicited this glowing endorsement.

Excellent bin and when it developed a fault Clarisse from customer services quickly sent a replacement.

I genuinely can’t praise Simplehuman’s customer service enough.

After around 5 years, the pedal mechanism on our much-loved dual compartment bin stopped working. I contacted their customer service team and they were incredibly helpful, kind and understanding throughout and went above and beyond to resolve it for me.

A replacement has now arrived and I’m honestly so impressed. This is exactly why I chose Simplehuman in the first place. Their products aren’t cheap, but knowing there’s a company behind them that genuinely looks after its customers makes such a difference.

We love this bin (never thought I’d say that about a bin 😂) and the dual compartment has genuinely made recycling so much easier for our family.

I got a sensor mirror as a gift which no longer stayed fully extended so I messaged customer services and got sent a replacement. They claimed they were doing me an favour as I couldn’t use the warranty because I didn’t have proof of purchase, but I’m unclear how I can have proof of purchase when I received it as a gift. Unfortunately the replacement now won’t turn on or charge and I was told the replacement will not be covered under a warranty so now I’m stuck with 2 broken mirrors.
