I purchased my simple human bin in 2024 but it became faulty. I had forgotten about the 5 year warranty until ChatGPT reminded me.

I contacted customer services on Friday and my new bin arrived on Saturday morning!!!

Great service, quality product and fast delivery

My bin after three years of use developed a fault - I contacted SimpleHuman and sent pictures and explained the problem expecting and hoping they were able to supply the broken part. To my astonishment they not only responded and confirmed resolution on a Sunday, but supplied a brand new bin!! This was an expensive and in bin terms "beautiful" though a little expensive, given that the customer service support is so wonderful, I will be replacing my other bins with SimpleHuman. Thank you so much for wonderful service.

My 9 year old bin lid broke and Simplehuman replaced it even though it was out of warranty. Less than 48hours from my initial claim and new bin lid fitted. Excellent customer service!

Simple human sent me a lovely 58l voice operated bin , unfortunately fedex the courier totally botched the experience and the bin stayed in there van and returned,
Clarisse ti the rescue , she responded very quickly and issued a full refund asap , so although it didn’t work out I found that simple human are a company with integrity.
FedEx useless !! In the end I bought a simple human bin locally , they certainly know how to perfectly wrap there products. Thankyou
