Pedal bin broke after 5 years. Replaced under warranty the day after submitting photos and description of the fault. Great service.

Disappointing and environmentally irresponsible

As previously stated, it is very disappointing that a non-perishable product without a shelf-life can't be exchanged, simply because of the date it was ordered. Particularly with a product like bin liners, when an error such as this (having ordered the wrong size in error) doesn't necessarily come to light until they're actually needed, which might be some time after they arrive, depending on cupboard stocks.
What's a shame that the great products from Simple Human are let down by such poor customer service.

My team will always do their best to support all of our customers. However, our returns policy does state that for returns, items must be returned to us unused and in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Simply pointless make up mirror

I have just bought a simple human mirror which cost a fortune but I cannot use it due to its height and inability to turn downwards. I feel robbed 😢 Unfortunately I can’t send it back because I threw away the two pin plug that was in the box when I unpacked it. I could kick myself for my stupidity …. Simply unbelievable.
Thanks, simple human for the reply to this review. To clarify: My review wasn't to make an issue about a return. My review was about a not fit for purpose product A) because product too tall to see in the mirror B) hinges don't downward turn to allow a visual. It seems you swerved acknowledging your pointless product by concentrating on my reason to not return it. Amusing, but if that the way you do things ..... that's 'simply' ok by me. My ceiling will continue the enjoyment of looking into the mirror!

Problem with my soap dispenser

Problem with my soap dispenser. Emailed 5+ times, never responded. Went on live chat and did the same, Stated never received the emails despite me sending screen shots of the emails and of purchase information. Still not resolved. Utterly disappointed.

Good customer service

There was some confusion on my part as to what happens when registering to join the simplyhuman group. I hadn’t realised I had to wait for a code being sent via email to access the 10% discount & therefore went ahead with my order. Subsequently I discovered the email with the code but I had already placed the order. I contacted simplyhuman & explained what had happened & immediately the 10% discount was applied & I received the appropriate refund. I am very impressed with the simplyhuman customer service & would highly recommend. The products arrived, well packaged & although expensive look to be well made & hopefully will last the test of time.

Teure Seifenspender sind nicht reparierbar - keine Nachhaltigkeit !!!

Seifenspender sind teuer und ich hätte eine Reparierbarkeit erwartet. Li-Akku defekt. Gehäuse komplett verklebt. Kein Ersatz vom Kundenservice - man muss selbst das Gehäuse aufschneiden - der Akku selbst ist eigentlich gut tauschbar, da mit Stecker auf der Platine auswechselbar.

Simplehuman: Das ist NICHT nachhaltig!!!
Lösung: arbeitet mit einer Dichtung und einem verschließbaren Deckel, dann ist der Akku auch problemlos tauschbar!

Amazing Customer Service Experience

8 year old faulty bin covered by a 10 year warranty. Initially I was told to contact John Lewis where I bought it from as the warranty contract is with them, which I did. JL wanted me to return it to the store where I purchased it in Sheffield. However the store has closed down. They said that I had to get it to Leeds! This would either be via taxi or train. It’s too heavy for me to carry and they wouldn’t help further. I then explained this to Simplehuman UK and without hesitation they are replacing. Customer services have been super helpful and I can’t thank them enough.
