If when you are using your product you need to refer to anything, you can go on our @showponyprep facebook page and in the videos section i have personally filmed a tutorial showing me fitting the plaits into a pony with very little mane.

Unfortunately I will not use this company again, this is a shame because it is a cracking little company with great products, but the customer service is awful. I searched for a browband I liked the look of the order in time for Equifest. No where on the browband page does it mention they are made to order, the web site leads you to believe they are ready to be posted, so I chose a browband and bought a couple of other needed items. I then noticed a banner saying they are away at shows but still posting twice a week, so fair do's. After a week and no notification of postage, I TRIED to make contact. The facebook msg did not get read, the help pop up on the web site wasn't responded to either. I found an email address and eventually got a response. But it was not a good one. It was callus and could care less attitude. I appreciate being a small family business can be difficult, but don't offer a service you can not fulfill. I was assured the browband would be ready in time and within their 10 day policy (if you look hard you can find this in small print), but at day 17 and still no postage conformation and a few days before my show, I emailed again and the response again was bad. The poor attitude is really unprofessional. I was told, you can collect it at the show or 'I couldn't care less to be honest, you can have a refund'. Very poor show.

We have never, and don’t intend to advertise our Luxury Browbands as an off the shelf ‘Amazon style’ delivery service. Our browbands are hand made by myself and in turn take a number of hours to make.
Our opening page on the browband collection clearly advises customers that some browband are available off the shelf but not all and especially over the summer months with us attending shows up and down the country you do need to be prepared to wait use least 10 working days.
We have also been clear across the banners on our website and all social media channels that there will be delays currently as we are on the road and in turn it may take up to 14 working days as it’s near on impossible to fit our industrial sewing machine in the caravan whilst at the royal Welsh, royal international, NPS, equifest and BSPS summer champs.
The conversation I have a record of was nothing like what you have documented within this review. You advised me you needed your Browband for Equifest and I assured you it would be ready for that show without a doubt. You then proceeded to say you wanted me to post it on the Wednesday before we set off on the Sunday so you could “try it on with your tie” and I advised I wasn’t able to do that as we were working our orders in line with when customers needed them by and that I would take along to the show with me. You continued to be rude and demanding so I told you I wouldn’t be spoken to in that manner and that you could have a refund.
In life Angela, you usually always get a much better response if you speak to people the way you would like to be spoken to. A little bit of respect and understanding goes a really long way and In future maybe you could take this experience as a learning as I’m sure your horse would’ve looked fabulous in the best Browbands in the country…!

Poor service
I ordered some fake plaits from you and it wasn't until after I had paid that a notice came up on your website stating that you were away at shows and were only sending out on a limited basis. Not acceptable to make this known after money has been spent. I emailed straight away just to ask the likelihood of my order being sent out that week to which nobody bothered to reply! Had i known this was going to be the case I would not have ordered from you. Because of all this my client had to go without. Would not recommend.

As you may or may not know we are a small family business (myself and hubby) we are working super hard to bring all the best showing items to the market and always try to provide an exceptional experience to our clients.
We run the business online as an addition to running trade stands up and down the country week in/week out across the summer period.
We always work hard to be transparent with our customers and put notices on our social platforms and website when there will be delays due to myself and hubby are away at shows.
Unfortunately we can’t pre empt the timing of peoples orders and time our communications along side the orders.
We always reply to emails so I would be grateful if you would let me know which email address you had sent queries to as I’ve just searched your name and can’t find anything?
I do know that whilst I’m the hills of Builth Wells and also at the Royal international the internet signal was near enough none existent and in turn did impact our ability to stay connected online (alongside a few frustrating issues with the card machine not working)
I do apologise for the inconvenience of the delay as your order arrived 8 days after ordering and that is not acceptable. I will process a partial refund to apologise for the inconvenience and also hope that you join our social platforms so, in future you have more communication in relation to when we are away at shows.
The next two weeks will be similar whilst we attend Equifest and BSPS summer champs and then afterwards we will be back to business as usual online.
Thank you for taking the time to read my response, I know it’s long winded but I thought it’s best to provide clarity around our current position and also how I plan to resolve your complaint.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Order placed July 25th, no shipping notification received two weeks later so I sent an email. No reply so I DM’d on Facebook....told ‘oh sorry the items you ordered are no longer in stock, we have other similar items but they are more expensive’. Excuses made that they’re a small family business and there was no time to update website even though the items were in stock when I placed my order and full payment was take .The website is extremely pushy, offering discounts before check out. I was refunded but all in all an extremely disappointing experience and certainly couldn’t recommend.

All of our customers were told via social media channels and banners across every page of our website (and at the checkout) that we were on the road attending equestrian events for the majority of july and august and in turn this will impact postage times and stock.
Whilst at events in the hills of wales and in Hickstead the internet is near enough non existent, hence why emails are unable to be constantly replied to.
Everything has been explained to you, however, you have chosen to go online and provide poor reviews of our family business. Please choose to shop with other companies moving forward as in all honesty we do not need customers that are unwilling to listen and feel the need to troll.

I have checked your postage payment and the label we placed on the parcel and you are right there is a discrepancy between the two, for that reason i have now refunded (back to your paypal) the difference so you are not out of pocket. I wouldn’t use this company again
I wouldn’t use this company again. I ordered a girth back in May for the showing season. I still haven’t received the order ,when l have sent messages they replied by saying they were inundated with orders and would send it out as soon as they could.. The whole idea was if you put your order in early you will have it for the showing season this has not been the case. Now after all this wait they have said they posted it to me back in May and are now waiting for the refund from the Royal Mail. How could they have posted it if they didn’t have the stock at that time. This is totally unprofessional and l will be taking the matter further. They shouldn’t be taking customers money if they can’t fulfill the order.

Hi Linda, this review isn’t actually true, we were taking pre orders in may as it was clearly stated all over our website and on every advert we put online. Pre order means you are ordering prior to the arrival of the product. We have them sent out your order tracking number 1107DAABFD7 and it states that haven’t yet attempted a delivery.
I have advised I will pick up with Royal Mail as it’s clearly somewhere in their system
We have attempted to share this info with you via other methods but it seems you don’t perhaps understand the concept of “Pre” ordering.
I will advise once I’ve found out where your girth is in the Royal Mail system.
