The products are ok and reasonably priced. Slight delay in posting the products out, when compared to other companies that I use, so took a while to arrive.

Thank you for your review, In relation to the delay you mention though I’ve just taken a look at the dates - you purchased on the 2nd (first day of the jubilee bank holiday) and the item was dispatched on the 6th which was the next working day (after the bank holiday) so we can’t really improve on that as we were closed for the bank hol. Hope you like your pins though x

I bought two false plaits which are beautiful. A lovely product. However, I feel that the postage is expensive for such a small item.

Hi Kate, thank you for your feedback, our plait postage should be £3.20 which is the cost of a small parcel. Sometimes we can get the plaits in as a large letter (which works out cheaper) but sometimes they don’t fit through so we have to do as a parcel. Hope you can understand xxx

I thought the brush set was a great…
I thought the brush set was a great deal. You got a lot for your money. I was slightly disappointed that they arrived in a plastic envelope which had ripped and a brush was half sticking out. Also, it would have been great to get a print out of what the brushes were and what order to use them in.

Mane knots & sheepskin mitt
We bought mane knots for our pony with a ribbed mane. I ordered the best colour match or so I thought! When they arrived it was clear they were too dark. I popped a message to ask for an exchange and this was granted no problem. But with confidence.
Sheepskin mitt also works lovely.

Hair fit for a Queen !
Brilliant quality, colour match and super fast delivery. I actually used the forelock extensions to create braids so I could pad a crown/ tiara out and it worked brilliantly. Thank you 😁
