We are a mother and daughter duo based in the East End of London. The concept of Shaksboutique came to life as my daughter (Shakira) has an eye for fashion and experience in the modelling industry, whilst my (Alexandra’s) nurturing traits as well as interest and passion to encourage my children, in order for them to fulfil their dreams, created this beautiful business. Together we are a tag team supplying women of all ages with the latest fashion and trends, whether it be clothes or accessories, we aim to promote confidence, enhance outer beauty and provide comfortability, we have something for everyone.

Hi Leanne,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your recent experience with our brand. We appreciate all feedback to help improve our brand/service going forward into the future.
Our actual shipping policy is on every product page, at the footer of our website as well as the estimated delivery date at the checkout. You made your order on the 30th of May and the item was shipped on the 1st of June, so it is very much still within our shipping policy timeframe. You can also see from the tracking that Evri has your parcel and it will be with you shortly. We have communicated with you on this matter as soon as you sent us an email, which was yesterday morning.
If there is anything else you would like to discuss please contact us here: info@shaksboutique.co.uk
Kind regards - Annie

Excellent Service Shaks Boutique
Excellent customer service from Shaks Boutique! I ordered a beautiful fur jacket for my nieces birthday and she informed she was so pleased with the style/quality of her gift 🎁
I ordered the wrong size initially and contacted the company who promptly said no problem at all to change it, Infact they asked a few more sizing questions and I ended up ordering a completely different size which was a perfect fit!
If you are thinking of treating yourself or a loved one don’t hesitate in placing an order at Shaks Boutique, I promise you will not be disappointed.
Thank you Shaks Boutique for making my niece a happy girl on her birthday 🎈

Great communication
Item was cute but unfortunately what I ordered did not fit me and there is not a bigger size I can exchange it for so I had to return it. Apart from that the communication was great and I have no complaints.
