Horrid customer support experience. Never responds to outreach attempts despite receiving a shoe that was not fitting. Have yet to be able to return or exchange it at all. Don’t waste your money.

I recently acquired the Glitterati Thigh Highs from Hella Heels, anticipating the same quality I've come to expect from this brand. Regrettably, my experience has been profoundly disappointing, both in terms of product quality and customer service responsiveness.

After a single session of light dancing, I observed significant issues with the shoe construction. The soles were inaccurately cut and misaligned, causing noticeable friction when dancing, a stark contrast to the craftsmanship of my other Hella Heels footwear. More concerning was the rapid deterioration of the front part of the sole on one of the shoes, which began to detach after minimal use.

Seeking a resolution, I reached out to Hella Heels customer service, only to be met with a rigid adherence to their 'Sole Policy', which offered a mere £10 towards a repair through 'my local cobbler'. This suggestion was not only inadequate but also dismissed my preference for a more reasonable solution, such as a refund or replacement, which I believe is warranted for products that fail to meet basic standards of quality.

Upon consulting my local cobbler, it was immediately apparent that the repair, if possible by him, would certainly not be within the meager budget suggested by Hella Heels. The suggestion to then find an alternative, cheaper cobbler felt not only unreasonable but also dismissive of the inconvenience already caused.

The dialogue with Hella Heels has been a series of frustrations, marked by prolonged discussions and an apparent reluctance to acknowledge the severity of the product's flaws. Despite clear advice from a professional that the shoes were irreparable and should be returned to the manufacturer, my requests for a refund or replacement were consistently denied.

This ordeal has significantly tarnished my perception of Hella Heels, a brand I once held in high esteem. The lack of professional accountability and the reluctance to offer a viable solution is not only disappointing but also undermines the trust and loyalty built by their customers. This experience has regrettably dissuaded me from future purchases and compels me to share my story, in hopes that others might be spared similar dissatisfaction.

Ordered my item on the 1st September.. no updates trying to cancel. Waste of time

Dreadful customer service. Not only can I not get an honest reply from them in respect of my order placed on 5th August, I also cannot get a reply to get a refund if they cant/won't fulfil my order. NEVER shop with them. Awful. Absolutely shocking that well known tv celebs endorse this awful company.

Always order from here and never had any issues, staff are always so polite and friendly. Such good quality for what you pay especially the sunglasses 😎🥰

i still have not received my order which should have been latest delivery 2 weeks ago. I have emailed twice and send message over Instagram and am having no response back.

It’s a scam! I ordered something weeks ago on a 2-4 day deliver it still hasn’t arrived. I keep seeing influencers posting about this including Leah Fletcher but no one is replying to messages including Hella Shop.

I reached out to someone else who posted about her order and SO MANY others had messaged her saying they never received their order either. Shame on influencers promoting this site.

They would have got their pay cut so I guess they won’t care now.

Awful!!! Do not purchase from this website I have been waiting for my parcel for 4 weeks. No shipment update nothing, got in contact I am being ignored. Posted on their Instagram and they deleted my comments. Once they responded they told me there was an error and they would ship it out. 1 week later I am still waiting on an email they promised to send and my parcel!!! It’s a scam making company I have now lost my money and received no parcel. All I can say is wow shame on ‘influencers’ to be promoting such a company like this.

I placed an order back in April, I have yet to receive my order. I have emailed, sent messages on Instagram and commented on their posts and haven’t received a response! No order and no refund!! Terrible customer service!

Fast delivery and good quality items but basic packaging

Placed an order for 4 pairs of sunglasses on 28th April and they never arrived, I have messaged numerous times on the website, email and via Instagram but had no reply to anything. Absolute scammers!

I ordered sunglasses, payment has gone through but haven’t received them. It’s coming up to 3 weeks. Emailed customer service but no response. Messaged them on Instagram but they are ignoring me but updating their posts/stories!

I will be contacting trading standards I brought £70 pounds worth of clothes and it hasn’t been delivered and no one has responded to my messages emails dms anything disgusting

Made an order for two pairs of sunglasses and never received them tried contacting and no response.

Dress is really good quality and fits amazing, definitely would order again ☺️

Lovely customer service, however my order arrived a day later than it should off which was inconvenient. Luckily they were kind and apologetic enough to give me a code for my next purchase :)

Terrible service , haven’t received my sunglasses after waiting well over a week when choosing 2-4 day delivery ! Scammed me for my money
