We are a mother and daughter duo based in the East End of London. The concept of Shaksboutique came to life as my daughter (Shakira) has an eye for fashion and experience in the modelling industry, whilst my (Alexandra’s) nurturing traits as well as interest and passion to encourage my children, in order for them to fulfil their dreams, created this beautiful business. Together we are a tag team supplying women of all ages with the latest fashion and trends, whether it be clothes or accessories, we aim to promote confidence, enhance outer beauty and provide comfortability, we have something for everyone.

Fabulous service
Fabulous service
My daughter had fallen in love with the natural fur short padka but the website was down. I sent an email to ask when the site would be relaunched and had the most wonderful customer service. Regular updates and offers to organise an order. When the coat arrived my daughter was thrilled. It's a very good looking coat and will keep her warm and dry throughout the winter.

Hi Katrina, hope you are well.
I am really sorry to hear about the issue you have had with sizing and not being responded to. It is not our intention to make you feel this way at all. Sometimes out of human error some emails get missed. However I have checked and can only see your name in one email which is actually this review from trust pilot. Can you let me know how you contacted us?
If you can get in touch with our customer service team on info@shaksboutique.co.uk ASAP with your order details, someone from the team will be more than happy to assist you further.
Thanks and take care - Annie
Awful company!!
Awful company!!
I ordered a crochet outfit from this company and the image they sent of the actual outfit compared to the online photo were completely different. I mentioned this to them before I purchased this and they said that it was due to bad lighting... The outfit arrived and, just as I thought, it is completely different to the photo on their website. False advertising I feel absolutely robbed, especially because they lied to me and said it was exactly the same. Cheap tatt that arrived broken! Flimbsy bit of string for the shoulder straps that are actually completely different lengths. The bottoms don't even go up over my thighs and I am a size 10, this is meant to be a large! I have requested information on where I can return the product to get my money back for the whole transaction but the email address for them is now bouncing and the website is completely gone! I have paid nearly £50 to them for this and now dont know what to do about getting my money back!!

This company is a joke
This company is a joke, to cut a story short they pick and choose when to respond. It took a while for them to respond with the returns address and they only replied cause of leaving a review on here. They received the items over 2 weeks ago, when asked when I will receive my refund I was told in a few days. It’s now exactly 2 weeks and still nothing and I’m not getting any response. So if I was you don’t buy anything from this site

Discusting if this is how to treat…
Discusting if this is how to treat customers. Still waiting on delivery coming up to 4 weeks now.
Rather than you trying to solve this problem,my Emails are now getting ignored!
Feeling scammed!
Update..
Yes finally eventually I received my order.
Yes you responded at the start of my emails, yet after a few emails sent to you with no reply the wait of deli ery and no response until I reviewed on trustpilot.
Yes I'm happy with my order, but considering your site says 7-14 days delivery and it not being delivered for up to 4 weeks to arrive will without question purchase from elsewhere.
Upside to it all this dilemma in my opinion was God forbid I wasn't purchasing for a special event like a lady did do after now reading other reviews.

Hi Judy, hope you are well.
We apologise if you felt your emails were being ignored, this was not the case as we did reply to you on three separate occasions.
As a company we value each and every customer, so we always work hard to give excellent customer service, however sometimes emails are missed or there maybe a slight delay in answering them - we are definitely not scammers.
I have since looked at your tracking and can see that your boots were delivered to you on the 9th of July a day after you left this review and I am so sorry that they arrived later than expected, but glad you have now received them.
If there is anything more we can help you with, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Thank you,
Alexandra x
11 out of 10 👌❤️
I bought the lovely green jacket with gold lion buttons, it arrived within days and is superb quality, I absolutely love it, I get loads of comments when wearing it and all my friends want to borrow it and 2 of them have asked me for the website for them to buy one for themselves. I would highly recommend and use this online boutique again!
