Measured easily using their guide, ordered online, delivered within time frame, details as ordered and it fits well whilst being easy to install. Very Happy.

I didn't want to leave this review and generally wanted to forget the experience of ordering from your company. But since you sent me a reminder to my email twice with a request for feedback, I'm writing a review:
In brief - Long, expensive, bad.
Long - two weeks to fulfil a small order - in my opinion very long.
Expensive - I was expecting something more premium, for a price that is significantly higher than the competitors. But the product turned out to be completely ordinary.
The bad things are:
1) the fasteners where the louvres snap into cannot support the weight of the louvres plus the force to open-close and the louvres fall to the floor. I had to screw the louvres in with self-tapping screws without latches.
2) The width of the louvre was 1 cm narrower than I ordered and the length was about 70 centimetres longer. I wanted to cut the length, but without breaking the fixing, to do it is not possible.
Of course, after all of the above, I can not recommend ordering blinds from your company.

Poor from start to finish, which took nearly three weeks! Sent wrong length chords despite me giving the right measurements for the two blind I ordered. Four times in total on the chat and contacting customer services on email and despite this they only sent one and then the second one got lost! Absolute joke do not use

Beautiful quality blind…really pleased. It did take a little longer than promised but it was worth the wait. The only thing was the fitting instructions were online and every time we tried to view it, it kept saying private domain - not able to access.

Quick service exact fit

Nice quality blinds but mounting brackets needed to be modified for use. I am a very experienced fitter and I needed my full skillset to use the brackets!

Disgusting awful fraudulent obstructive company. Worded to entrap. What an an awful taste in my mouth to have ever encountered this foul company.
We have just placed their entire shipment costing Total: £1784.79 in our skip where it will be buried in landfill furthering the challenges that climate change afford us. Pictures available on request.
We bought the Surefit Guarantee to cover incorrect measurements. The products arrived in some cases in fragments destroyed before we even tried to fit the product. The packaging was a loose box for a set of multiple blinds for an entire house. The quality of the blinds was not what one would expect having paid for the deluxe option. Pieces of roller blind fabric hanging loose. Fractured blind footings. An abomination.

Products are not fit for purpose. I had hope for these products and this company but they are basically just cheap junk, trying to be sold as good quality.

First issue was fraying material on the edge, was told it wasn’t covered by warranty and that I should fix it myself.

Second issue was that the medium grey colour of my blockout blinds has faded drastically along the exposed part when the blind is rolled up after just over two years. This is clearly not fit for purpose. The material should be UV stabilised as its actual job is to block light and UV, so it isn’t even able to do that properly. Again, I was told that it’s not covered under warranty and was told to just buy more with a 50% discount they were offering (as if I would want to buy from them ever again?).

Don’t waste your time with this company. Their products are designed to end up in landfill in just a couple of years, and they are happy to do so, especially as they want you to buy more from them. Embarrassing really.

A good price and easy to fit, and came dead on time, I cant fault you and will use you again.

Beware of this company

Inaccurate despatch date on their website. Provided exact measurements for their 'exact measurement' roller blinds but ended up being 2-3cm. How is that not misleading. Refuse to offer a refund.

Samples came quickly for my blind and the blind itself came on time. The blackout side of the blind was damaged - I suspect in transit - by the accompanying fittings (perhaps the fittings should be individually boxed within the parcel to avoid this?) I sent photos to show the holes/damage, which were not obvious until the blind was installed and pulled down- light shone through the holes. The company swiftly resolved this with an apology and sent a replacement blind. Mistakes happen and they dealt with it very well. Pleased with the new blind, does the job, great choice of colours & good vfm.

Fantastic company. Samples arrived next day. Ordered my blind and was delivered very quick. Excellent quality and customer service 1st class. Would highly recommend and will definitely use this company again.

Easy to order, quick delivery, perfect fit and they look great! We're big fans!

Good quality product but because the blind is so long it is heavy and sags slightly in the middle which makes it difficult to wind - especially up! The pull cord isn’t strong (a plastic type chain) my wife helps by lifting the blind whilst I carefully pull cord. Would it be possible to have a metal one - If possible I would like it to be 30cm longer. Thanks Geoff
