Great all round experience

Good blind but would have preferred the blind to have rolled forward and not behind the roll. Unrolled the blind to see if I could roll it the other way, but not easy, by the way the blind material was stuck to the pole. If I had turned the blind round to achieve this you get the backing side in the room which is a different colour.

The website is very easy to navigate. I chose my blind, added my recess measurements and the company did the rest. Blind arrived in time and fitted perfectly

Great product, fast service

I gave them ‘exact sizes’ but they routinely cut off 2.5 - 3.5 cm of the fabric. I watched their measuring guide before ordering but they don’t mention this in their video - they say it’s elsewhere on the site. I would never buy from them again.

The quality of the roller blind appears to be good but the delivery time was poor. My order was placed on 15th of November and the confirmation email showed an estimated dispatch of 4/6 working days. The same order confirmation further stated a dispatch of 30th November.

They were quick to deliver and the fit is perfect

Every thing was great apart from the back of the blinds were a little marked as they were attached to each other.

Do yourself a favour, and get your blinds literally anywhere else. Samples take absolutely ages to arrive. Once i put in an order, they sent me blinds that were too long for the (correct) measurements we supplied, then told me not to worry I would get a replacement. Fast forward about 6 weeks of back and forth and in the end I was told that actually there is no replacement coming and I had to pay for the blinds all over again, because the photo I sent wasn't clear but no one told me at the time (which they admit they should have done). I had since given the blind that didn't fit away as a new one was coming and thought all was well. The lady from customer services just called to argue with me about how my measurements had to be wrong (they were not) and how I must have sent a bad photo on purpose (?!). She then explained that although she did not have to she would give me a 50% discount on a new blind (obviously excluding all shipping costs and refused to let me have next day shipment). I have 4 more rooms which require blinds and you literally couldn't pay me enough money to deal with this company and their products ever again - I will take my orders elsewhere and, as Rollerblindsdirect have confirmed, that is fine by them.

FALSE GUARANTEE PROMISES
I purchased 5 blackout roller blinds from this company-they weren’t the cheapest or the quickest to deliver-much slower than advertised.. but they did offer a 5 year guarantee*(non existent when needed)
They looked ok when fitted-but they do have a very cheap plastic pull cord!
There were some dents along one edge of one blind which i thought would come out the longer it was rolled up so that didn’t bother me too much..
Another had frayed edges on - which I had trimmed back by myself..
Again not ideal but not the end of the world!
The 5 year guarantee is the reason I bought these from a uk firm and not off amazon for half the price-
Unfortunately the blinds showed wear after less than a year and a frayed hole appeared in the fabric-a couple of inches from one edge-so I emailed roller blinds direct with an image of the hole and were shocked to hear from Rebecca Brooke (customer services advisor)that they don’t cover material in there 5 year warranty-well I looked everywhere in there terms and conditions and I didn’t see that-and still Dont!,,they don’t cover for fading which is fair enough-but a hole appearing after use should be covered..
(BUYER BEWARE: you have 3 days to identify a fault and after this if one appears like on mine then you are not covered)
Unfortunately after several emails back and forth the company refused to replace this faulty blind, instead offered me a small discount for another blind-which I declined as I don’t see why the company should again profit from me for a second time for a fault that occurred in there product-(that should be covered under there *5 year warranty)
I won’t be ordering from this company ever again as there 5 year guarantee only covers the cheap plastic pull cord I was told.
SHOCKING SERVICE-AVOID THEM..
