The most horrible EVER! My Roku Floodlight Camera went out on me and all their so called customer service did was give me the run around. Now they are completely ignoring me. They have no intention of honoring their warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Okay? So I like looking at the housewives, but I don't really like housewives of Atlanta. All the time and I'm noticing that they would be on the television. All this week. Can you please show Orange County housewives as well as the New York housewives? I don't wanna see the Atlanta housewives. The whole week I would really appreciate that

I purchased a Roku Ultra 4 months ago and it has stopped working correctly. I contacted Roku support and worked with them for 3 hours troubleshooting the issue to no avail. I said I wanted a refund or a new device and the representative actually ended the chat! Stellar customer service!

Do not buy one of these tvs! Buyers beware! It was not explained to me that after some free trial period I was going to get charged all kinds of money to watch free TV that I can watch on any other brand TV without paying. I thought I love this TV now it's just going to sit in a corner. I guess I'll go back to Vizio TVs where I can watch everything for free I can watch the same things on there that Roku offers at no charge. I don't know who they think they are nobody explained that to me when I bought the TV. If I would have known about this I would have never bought it I only found out today when I got a text message from them and I told him where they can shove their TV. You can't trust anybody anymore there's so many hidden deals and bullshit and Lies by all these companies I can't even stand it. I'm just going to have to hook it up to my antenna and watch it

I declined the additional charge that their telemarketer tried to push on me with multiple phone calls, because I had paid it the first time and found no benefit. My TV was then wiped clean and I had to reload all of my apps. I felt that this was retaliation.

I will never buy another Roku product and will strongly urge others not to purchase their products.

Words cannot describe how much I hate Roku. AWFUL COMPANY. TRASH PRODUCTS. GARBAGE SERVICE. 🗑 🚮

I am very upset with Roku. I have streamed with roku stick for years and when I decided to get a smart TV I choose them because I liked the stick. When I first got the TV I used the TV with my tv antenna with no problem. I only hooked up to internet when I choose streaming. Now they updated and you have to be hooked up to the internet to use the TV for your antenna. I have limited internet hot spot and if I'm not here no one can watch TV. This is a huge problem. My TV is only 2 months old and useless to me. I dont have the money for a new one.

If used then channel freezes and repeated 'DO YOU WANT TO CONTINUE WATCHING?' with screen blanking.
Why else would TV be on. I am moving soon and my greatest enjoyment out of ROKU will be smashing it with a HAMMER.

Negative 10. I contacted Roku CS in October 2025 when my remote quit working. Getting to a person on the phone was labor/time intensive. Spoke with the on two consecutive days and last person said they were sending me a complimentary replacement remote. It never came. I got an email saying they had an update for me and to just reply to the email which I did but NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME. I sent about 10 follow up emails asking to reply to me and where was my complimentary remote. CRICKETS. Now it's March, I trashed my dongle and remote, deleted my account, and bought a new TV. Roku sucks.

Recently got a Roku TV for the bedroom. I did not realise it won't allow you to directly connect headphones to it.. For some stupid reason you have to download an app to your phone or tablet, connect your headphones to that and then that connects to the TV... Only it never works.

Before this I had an ancient TV with a firestick plugged in. I was able to just connect headphones to the TV, no problem. I also have a new firestick TV in the lounge, headphones are also able to directly connect to it. Why does Roku insist on making it more complicated?

I am going to buy another firestick TV for the bedroom and throw this piece of junk out the window.

The Roku network is a steaming pile. I've never experienced so many commercials in my life as watching their crap service. Tried to watch streaming reruns of Star Trek Voyager, and the content would only run 2 minutes before another commerical ran. You had to watch an hour and thirty minutes to see one 47-minute episode. Utterly absurd.

The guy didn't listen to what I said. He was obviously reading from a script. He didn't know squat! Totally useless! He kept repeating the same crap that was NO HELP! NO SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM SO I RETURNED THE ROKU TV!!! BULLSHIT!

Roku sucks! Very bad customer service and half the time I can’t open the apps I pay for! Would’ve expected better from a Japanese company.

I removed the auto renew for peacock but then got charged $120 for auto renew of Roku! I logged in and tried to remove the auto renew and it would not let me save that option. I started a chat and the Bot said it was prepaid and there were no refund. I expressed my discontent and it gave me an option to chat with a live agent. Yay! That agent got me a refund. Awesome! I take back all the bad things I thought about Roku. Wish that would happen with You Tube TV. No live agents there :( Good on ya Roku!

I have a Roku TV and a Roku Ultra device I use with another TV. I have called Roku Support 3 times in the last month with major problems. Each time it takes well over and hour and I supposedly am passed on to the highest echelon. Their final answer is always do factory resets on both devices, AND they "will escalate the matter and they will begin working on it immediately." But nothing is ever done. I still have the problems. It is not my devices, it is Roku itself.

IT is you that needs to be honest and fair. I must warn everyone to watch what they click on once on ROKU. I was erroneously charged for a years program of Britbox which I did not knowing subscribe to. I just so happened I went into my credit card account and found that two days before I was charged $118.78. I called ROKU immediately and was given a credit of $109.99. I spoke again with ROKU and was told that was tax and they could not refund it. I never knowingly authorized any charge and should be given back the entire amount. Had ROKU done as reputable companies do, sent me an email regarding a purchase, I would have stopped it immediately. Poor customer service. Beware.....

False advertising about free trials. Pitiful playback on their TV's. I'm so done with this terrible company. I'm letting everyone i know not to trust them.

My debit card was hacked. My bank canceled it. Trying to contact Roku you can’t talk to anyone. I called the number got recording that I could leave a message but they don’t check it that often??? Tried to go online to chat click on chat and nothing. After 5 days of this I’m frustrated. Hate ROKU crappy company NO customer service! Now 3 of my subscriptions are blocked until I can receive my new debit card. I’m pissed. Next tv I buy will NOT have Roku they suck.

Roku decided randomly to change its screensaver option. I have around 350 photos that I spent countless hours (and money) on. For some reason, they have restricted the image limit for screensavers to 100. I'm furious over this, as the screensaver function was one of the reasons I chose Roku. I'm selling all this junk and replacing it with Amazon Fire Sticks (like I should have done in the first place).

Customer service is slow and unhelpful.
