Your satisfaction is important. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee*, which allows you to cancel your travel insurance plan within 14 days from your effective date of coverage** or before your scheduled departure date, whichever comes sooner.
Arch RoamRight will refund all of your premiums paid if you cancel coverage within the time specified, provided you have not already filed a claim under the travel insurance plan.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. You can email your request to customerservice@roamright.com.
*Not available to residents of New York and Washington.
**Residents of Indiana have up to 30 days from the effective date of coverage.

If you are over the age 55 I recommend Travel Insurance
Do worry, There is nothing for you to do.
My ONLY concern is if it is difficult to collect on a claim.

Great Experience for Excellent Travel Insurance
Isabel was able to answer any of our questions regarding the services they offer. We were able to get insurance for our trip starting in 3 days. She did everything over the phone within 10 minutes; emailed us the documentation and described all the benefits we would receive with this packet. It was reasonable; she was very friendly and professional; she spoke clearly and distinctly. I highly recommend her and this company. We will use Arch RoamRight again!
