Helpful and patient staff
Despite having a few problems with our first TV (ex display) purchase - the staff at Richer Sounds were helpful and patient and assisted us with a suitable replacement - so thank you

Nice calm setting
Nice calm setting, friendly staff, no sales pressure, features of model clearly explained, a cheaper model was suggested if I wanted the same sound but with fewer options. Came away pleased with my purchase.
