Richer Sounds offers good advice, excellent service at outstanding prices. Who would want to go to competitors who charge higher prices for the same products, who have no expertise and who provide poor customer service when you can get the best of all three at Richer Sounds? I can't speak highly enough of them and I've been a Richer Sounds customer for more than 45 years. Thank you Richer Sounds and a special mention for Lloyd whose help was much appreciated.

The staff at Richer Sounds Exeter were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, with Nick guiding me through my amp and speaker purchase. Absolutely spot on when it came to my requirements and the set up I purchased sounds absolutely incredible, as he promised. Thank you so much for your careful guidance - it’s nice to be sold the perfect product for my needs!

The representative I spoke to was extremely helpful. Nearly matched the lowest price I found bar £10 so with that and a very long Guarentee from Richer sounds it was a no brainer. Very happy

So was looking to upgrade my usher s520 to ae1s 40th anniversary
And Pete at Exeter was brilliant, always answered my emails great advice great price and the option to return for full refund if not what I was after.
Just saying they are an absolute keeper
I thought my ushers with my Rega Aethos and Rega Saturn and node icon sounded sweet
But add the ae1s and, well not being very good at audiophile lingo , they sound different but in an all together better way
I just can’t stop listening to them
So thankyou Pete and all at Exeter

Really pleased with speakers, sound quality is amazing

Delighted with the product and Richer Sounds - used click and collect for my son's record player. The process was seamless and really lovely customer service from the shop in Exeter.

Exeter branch was incredibly helpful when I asked about an "open box" deal on a relatively high value item. They checked with the branches that had some, sent me photograph to see quality, then organised the on-line payment for me. All round top line service. It arrived quickly, well packed and just as described to me.

I’ve been a customer of Richer Sounds for 16 years now having been a customer of Bromley, Romford, London Bridge and most recently Exeter, and there are a few reasons I keep returning, the biggest of which is the fact that I never feel as though I am seen as just someone else there to have money taken out of my pocket. The staff take the time to explain the features and benefits answering any questions I have and guide me when I’m not sure even if that means spending less money in store to make sure that I end up with what will be best suited to my needs. 100% recommendation from me

delivery of the samsung s90f 65 in and sound system was on schedule. the setup was straight forward for my son in law who is very good with tech. the picture quality is incredible and along with the sound just blew us away. thank you richer sounds.

I love richer sounds as they sold me a lovely new turntable for a fab price.
I would never go anywhere else, as they are always great and the employees own the store.
What’s not to like?

Went to pick up some reserved headphones, I didn't realise the shop wasn't open until 11 and I arrived well before that. The guy inside kindly let me in early to pick up the headphones. Always friendly, always helpful, I'd buy all my electronics from you guys if you stocked them. 10/10 service.

Panasonic Tv bought in 8/22 with 5 and 6 year extended warranty
Tv has now failed in March 26 and Panasonic won’t honour the warranty because it wasn’t done under a “promotion ”, whatever that means!?
I have a recollection that I registered the tv for the warranty cover on the Panasonic website back in 22 but apparently they can’t find any evidence of this! I also can’t believe that registering a tv for a warranty is legally key to having the warranty cover , as what about people who can’t do that for whatever reason.
Richer sounds doesn’t want to know as they say I should speak to Panasonic which I have done 3 times
Whether I registered the tv on their website or not the fundamental is I bought a tv, still have the invoice which states the warranty information, but neither richer sounds or Panasonic will own the problem and get the tv fixed. I’m not even looking for a new tv,I would just like it mended.
Spent 3 hours on the phone already to both companies.
