My trip was expertly put together. Regent partner with excellent local hotels and tour companies to ensure that customers get a smooth, unproblematic experience on the ground. Local guides have always been very insightful, interesting and genuine people.

Easy to book , and the tour guide in south korea was amazing .

Regent have been magnificent. When things don’t go according to plan (through no fault of theirs) you want a company to go the extra mile to sort things out- and they did. Fantastic customer service.

Really great experience and such professional organising on all aspects from Travel arrangements and accommodation. The resort was superb and food, events and cabins were exceptional.

We recently enjoyed a Regent organised 5 day tour of Iceland, and we cannot praise them enough for the level of detail they put into curating a wonderful selection of sights to visit. From Friendly Hotels with a superb driver and guide, we visited Black Lava Sand Beaches, Glaciers and lakes filled with floating icebergs. Hot Springs and the incredible Blue Lagoon. Waterfalls and Icy Rivers, A Bakery that baked bread in the thermal output from a huge hot lake and a wonderful visit with the beautiful Icelandic Horses, ending in Rekjavik with some sightseeing of the old architecture and the outstanding church which overlooks the city. Both my wife and I enjoyed the trip immenseley and will be visiting Iceland again, most definateley with Regent.

A great company to work with. They know their countries really well and their teams arrange everything particularly well making sure to pay attention to the smallest detail.

Everything about our trip was perfect. Peter, the team at Regent and their partners in Norway are experts in their field. Our hotel location and excursions were exactly as we wanted and the guides were very knowledgeable and shared lots of local history and information with us. And we saw the Northern Lights!

With the exception of our hunt for lights by car, don’t assume it will be warm as you get out for long periods dress for the extreme cold especially footwear.

I took a tailor-made trip to Cambodia, a country I had visited twice before. I wanted to see more of the country than on previous trips and, specifically, to see more of the Khmer temples. The itinerary was affected by hostilities between Thailand and Cambodia over the northern border. Notwithstanding this, everything about this trip was excellent - the hotels and other accommodation, the food, the excursions and the guides.

I can only comment on the booking experience and the follow up of the travel documents which arrived by email. I consider myself lucky that it was Peter who answered the phone when I rang. He could answer a lot of questions about the holiday (Moldova) from personal experience, and his manner was friendly, though always professional. He sent what he promised almost immediately, and was quick to reply to a query. Today, Jessica sent a comprehensive set of documents, giving the impression of a thoroughly efficient and organized company. Delighted so far!

Regent offered helpful and professional support in build up to the holiday.
The Wilderness Hotel Inari is excellent, with friendly and help staff, good food and comfortable rooms.
The tour gave us the opportunity to try many new experiences, all led by experienced guides ensuring safe and fun activities, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, Dog, and Reindeer sleighs rides.
Informative local guides, explaining the Sami Culture, different wild life.
The high point of our tour, enjoying the Northern Lights on a night snowmobile safari and also from the comfort of our Aurora Cabin.

We had a few weather-related delays. The Regent team were fantastic and worked hard to keep our multiple location holiday running smoothly. I can't thank them enough!
