Initially had a problem with receiving an item and getting in touch with customer services via telephone.
BUT by email I was given an additional telephone number and it was explained the usual couriers had been changed which may indicate the delay ??
Did receive the item in the end although a little late.

Do not order
Received order fairly quick, problem was it was completely wrong! I've called several times but they dont answer. I've emailed 4 times only to receive one generic appology email with no actual attempt at resolving the issue. The order I received actually belonged to someone else. We have the same first name so I assume that's where the cock up was. So if there is a Ross out there reading this in Scotland, I have all your clobber.

Shocking Service
Worst customer service I've ever seen. Impossible to reach them their phone just directs you to a automated voice message saying their phone is full. Ive sent emails and had no response. Spent over 300 pounds on a order was told it was dispatched and would arrive next working day. Had nothing arrive, no communication and now no way to contact them and chase where my order is.

not received item company in contactable
Item still not received had email 5 days ago to say was dispatched. Tried to call numerous times no answer emailed but rejected and also contacted on Facebook messenger. Now at a loss as explored all contact avenues.
