I would not have bothered with any any…
I would not have bothered with any any stars but there was no option for that. I am still waiting on a refund from the 'Accounts Department' if there is such thing???? goods returned and signed for but keep getting fobbed by the customer care team. I never knew trying to obtain a refund by the press of a button would be SO difficult!!!!

I am so sorry to hear you have not received your refund as of yet. Unfortunately, we do not have access to issue any bank refunds, only through Paypal at current. We have passed your information onto our accounts team and we are currently chasing them about any outstanding refunds but we have not had an update as of yet.

Your company is a joke and a rip off with returned items.never got a refund and say that it's at the old ware house and the address is still the old address on the invoice.but wen I rang they say you shouldn't of sent it to the old address.joke unhappy ex customer

Thank you for leaving this review for us.
We moved warehouse in December, so up until then returns needed to be sent to our old warehouse. Any returns sent to that address after we moved will not be redirected by the courier and can potentially take up to a month to be returned back to the sender.
If you have tracking for the return, please reach out to us with this information. If you do not have tracking, we will have to wait for the parcel to get sent back to yourself and then it will need to be resent to our new address.

Not the best service
Still awaiting a refund for an order I placed in Nov which was delivered and left outside my workplace at 8pm at night.....needless to say I never got love you hands on it. Also made an order on Boxing Day which still hasn’t arrived?

Terrible customer service!
The company sent the wrong amount that I purchased. You email and they takes days to reply, but not action taken regarding the error or refund.
They don't answer calls, even after 9am.

They refuse to return my money!
After receiving a jacket from this corrupt site, i returned the jacket after to days, now after 2 weeks i've been trying to know where my money has gone. They told me over some emails they wanted a "tracking" number to "proof" i sent it back to them. They don't need any proof since they made me sign a letter with the package ID and with all my private information.
- as i can see on their site they DON'T describe in their Return policy you need to show them ANY tracking number for them to confirm.
This has been a scam of my money, and they don't want to return them back, which is why i will make a case out of it. Don't buy from them.

I am sorry to hear that a refund has not been issued as of yet. Due to the change over in warehouses, it is taking slightly longer for us to issue refunds. As a result of parcels being redirected through Royal Mail, we currently need tracking to see where parcels are.
