Paid for an item that was no longer in stock
I ordered an item that was charged to my card for the order to not be processed for several days at which point the item was no longer in stock and had to have a refund processed.

my issue is this,
i contacted the customer service, i was been referred by a friend, i placed an order on couple of days back.. i dont even know the status of my order.. no reply to my messages about my order status or shipping, at first i got this on the order option (awaiting).. then later today it went off, i got just date like this (6 July 2020) so i dont even know what that means..
