Reem Clothing Ltd 

Service is poor, bought a coat for this online retailer, arrived faulty, was told to send the coat back to them for an exchange.

Now 3days later they have emailed saying they have never had an issue with manufacturer, and it must of been damaged while I had it. worn once until I noticed the fault. Only had the coat 2 days, poor poor service. Will be taking it further, and reclaiming my money back.

I wouldn't buy from them ever again.

No free returns. I thought the returns fee would’ve been deducted from my “already paid” postage fee but this was added on to my cost. So in total i’ve paid two postage fees. There was no fault on the items but as with most clothing retailers out there, they advocate free postage and returns to encourage shopping with them. Clearly Reem Clothing have catching up to do.
Other than that, I didn’t get any heads up or any acknowledgment for returning their items and got to know this from paypal instead when my partial refund was issued.
So in summary, if you see something you like here, be conscious if it doesn’t fit or look well, it will cost you.

(Thanks for the reply, I couldn’t exchange anything because that was the only size available. Your policy states you can only exchange the same item in different size or colour, so that didn’t really help.
In regards to the returns process, an email from the merchant usually comes in hand with PayPal to notify the item was received)

I have sent back a t shirt that doesn’t fit. I paid for delivery and because I’m not exchanging iteam I have to pay to return witch in total is £6.95 the t shirt was only £15 to me paying £6.95 for deliveries is outrageous when you not even got a t shirt.

Paid £240 for clothing. Requested dpd leave it where I asked. They left it with a ‘neighbour’. Parcel has gone and Reem have stated I have no leg to stand on. So I’m £240 down and have no clothes.... great service!!!!
