Diabolical customer service re online…
Diabolical customer service re online chat.around 10 chats before I could speak to a supervisor re making a booking.
The system took my voucher and extra payment, then the system froze. It took weeks to resolve. When I able to book the original choice was remived so had then to wait for the refund for the extra payment I made.
This company needs to pull their socks up greatly!
I would never use this company yo buy a voucher.
Pathetic service. Customer advisors need re-trained as they had no idea of the facts or how to handle customer queries/complaints!

Went to creams in Windsor with 2 kids…
Went to creams in Windsor with 2 kids who were looking forward for the experience. The owner said he has never heard about red letter days. Ended up buying a treat for both the kids as I just couldn’t walk off without. Been on chat with red letter days who promised a refund which hasn’t arrived yet. Pathetic customer service!!

We received a voucher for a two night…
We received a voucher for a two night break as a wedding present. We had a terrible time trying to book on the website and tried desperately to speak to someone but to no avail. We would choose a hotel that looked nice on the website but trying to open it to find out information, we just got a blank page and a circle saying 'loading'. It wasn't just once, it was every hotel we tried. After trying to explain to the bot we gave up, I phoned my friend and asked her if she could come over and bring her laptop, we were using our phones, and we had it booked in about 3 minutes. Maybe it was using the phones?
We had a lovely 2 day break in Scarborough but it would have been better to be able to speak to someone.

Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off. Steer clear !!!! Had a lunch time 3 course meal for a voucher value of £89.99 and you actually get the £21 meal offered by the restaurant. They then have the cheek to add 12% service charge to the £89.99.

What an ABSOLUTE SCAM
What an ABSOLUTE SCAM! My friend spent £49.99 for a gift for me. I picked the gift and paid an extra £30 but when I clicked the ‘Check Availability’ and ‘Call to Book’ NEITHER link worked! Red Letter said I could have the extra £30 but NOT the original £49.99 WHICH IS ILLEGAL as it was unable. They couldn’t just give me the number to ring and just kept disappearing AVOID AT ALL COST! Just go direct to the gift you want!

they make you pay to extend the validity of your voucher
This has to be the most difficult to use system I have ever come across. You have to Google to get a phone number and when you ring it all you get is a message saying "We don't do phone calls"! On top of that, I had so much trouble trying to make head or tale of how the system operates that I had to extend the validity of my voucher. They charged me £20 for the privilege! AVOID!!!!!
