What an ABSOLUTE SCAM
What an ABSOLUTE SCAM! My friend spent £49.99 for a gift for me. I picked the gift and paid an extra £30 but when I clicked the ‘Check Availability’ and ‘Call to Book’ NEITHER link worked! Red Letter said I could have the extra £30 but NOT the original £49.99 WHICH IS ILLEGAL as it was unable. They couldn’t just give me the number to ring and just kept disappearing AVOID AT ALL COST! Just go direct to the gift you want!

they make you pay to extend the validity of your voucher
This has to be the most difficult to use system I have ever come across. You have to Google to get a phone number and when you ring it all you get is a message saying "We don't do phone calls"! On top of that, I had so much trouble trying to make head or tale of how the system operates that I had to extend the validity of my voucher. They charged me £20 for the privilege! AVOID!!!!!

Very poor booking process.
The booking process for my experience was really frustrating for the following reasons.
As you start the process you are directed to redeem your voucher, this is straightforward. Once you have done this you are then directed to Gordan Ramsey restaurant website. Once on the site I selected the experience and the date I wanted to go. The next step to confirm the booking was a payment page and herein lies the issue. There was nowhere on this page to input my voucher details and it just wanted card details.
I contacted Red Letter days to explain the issue and after a week of. Communicating with chat bots and emails, I finally was given a contact number for the restaurant to make the booking by actually getting to speak to someone.
If you are selling an experience it shouldn't be this difficult to make the actual booking.

Really enjoyed our time at Stopham Vineyard. The tour and tasting was very interesting and informative. The lunch at a nearby pub was excellent but sharing the day with others on the tour made it even better! We all had a great time for a few hours in the sun. A great day.

YOU WERE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL…
We’ve just received an email from Red Letter Days asking ‘How did we do?’, well the answer is THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!
My wife purchased a ‘Tour for two at Clarkson’s Farm’ for my Christmas present this year, which I was really looking forward to experiencing. Having attempted to book online several times, without success as no places were available on any date, I resorted to calling their customer services (not an easy thing to do , as they don’t provide any contact telephone numbers with their documentation!!). After explaining that we could not book online, Red Letter Days customer services advised they were no longer doing the tour, which is rather annoying after I’d wasted several hours of my life trying to book dates for the tour! There was no message on the online system saying the tour had been cancelled and the whole experience of using their online system was wholly unsatisfactory! Red Letter Days customer services advised they would therefore provide a refund however to add insult to injury, they deducted an administration fee! As it was not in any way our fault we could not book, I am very surprised a charge was made for administration. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience and I would not recommend this organisation to anyone in the future.

A great company
We ordered a voucher for the Pixar Mundo in London but unfortunately their availability was only from September and as we are only in London for a week, we were unable to use our voucher. They promptly refunded our purchase after we couldnt find a suitable alternative and the customer service rep was absolutely amazing in dealing with our dilemma promptly and efficiently. 10/10 for customer service.

Fabulous trips up and down the Thames with city cruises. Helpful polite friendly staff and clean air-conditioned vessels with interesting commentary. Very relaxing and enjoyable enabling us to visit landmarks in London City and the East end.

Disappointing experience
We had to take the set menu which only offered 3 items for starter, main & desert. Service was very slow. I had to remind the waiter we hadn't received our desert. When the bill came they had charged for the full amount and did not take our gift voucher off. The waiter provided a second bill which charged a service charge on the full amount before taking the voucher off. We did not have a good dining exerience and felt the set menu was not value for money. We would not go back to this restaurant.
