Wrong part and customer support completely not existent. Neither email or phone.
I wrote about 5 emails and called 4 times. Never got a refund for the wrong parts.
I also wanted to cancel the order but I've been ignored.

Edit: to respond the company, no, I have the email of the order confirmation on 19th of April. (Commande : KAJJDIBFN passée le 2025-04-19 17:01:51) I also payed 30€ ish for the 18H DHL shipment, but it was shipped on 22nd of April with standard DHL (arrived in 1 week) and I also sent you an email about this, which was ignored. And by the way, I won't send you back a wrong part before you actually reply to my numerous complains. So now I basically wasted money for a worthless shipment, a wrong license plate holder and rear fender. Unless you would like to send me a refund.

Edit 2: I don't think you understood the issue. I didn't say that you didn't ship the parts.
I said (and it's the reason of the review) that you have a non existent customer support. I called and sent emails multiple times and nobody cared to answer. And about the order, yes, you shipped on 22nd, but still, I payed 30€ for the 18H shipment and it was shipped with the standard one, will I get e reimbursement for the shipment? And I didn't order the wrong part, you sent me a different part. Which wouldn't be an issue if you just answered in any possible way I tried to contact you to change it.

So maybe, if you would like to give me a decent customer experience to resolve my issues, I will change the review.

J'ai passé 2 commandes dont je suis totalement satisfait.
Ils sont très réactifs. Les commandes ont été très rapidement expédiées.
J'ai aussi appelé pour avoir un reseignement. L'échange s'est très bien passé.

On retrouve les éclatés Beta, on peut donc accéder à toutes les pièces. C'est nickel !
Les prix correspondent à ce qu'on trouve en concession, donc ni mieux ni pire.
Par contre...ça fait 3 semaines que j'ai commandé, et je reçois des mails de spams de leur part tous les jours depuis. C'est moyen.

Le matériel était , selon le site en stock. Et bien non , donc moto bloquée depuis plus d'une semaine.

par contre énorme difficulté de communication par mail et téléphonique depuis la livraison. Aucune réponse obtenu. Impossibilité de joindre par téléphone malgré un message laissé sur la boîte vocale.
