Livraison rapide très bien merci

J'ai acheté un produit qu'ils n'ont pas en stock, sans aucune indication sur le site internet.

Après une semaine de silence, je contacte le support pour annuler la commande. Aucune réponse pendant plusieurs jours, je suis obligé de leur téléphoner plusieurs fois.

Ils acceptent l'annulation mais 3 semaines plus tard : toujours aucun remboursement.

Je suis obligé d'ouvrir un litige bancaire.

Au téléphone, Adèle du service client se pose en victime, décline toute responsabilité et je suis obligé de la ménager pour pas me faire raccrocher au nez.

Incompétence et irrespect total.

J'ai perdu, au démontage, une rondelle d'appuis de ressort de soupape, un bête rondelle, RW motosport m'a expédié cette bête rondelle au prix d'une bête rondelle, expédié le jour de la commande reçu deux jours plus tard, dans une enveloppe au prix lettre et non à un prix forfaitaire et astronomique. Coût de l'opération 5€ sur un autre site célèbre cela m'aurait couté plus de 20 €. Correct donc.

I ordered a new (ECU & Fuel pump) from fantic raw.com for my fantic xmf on 2026-07-15 and emailed them in regard to parts still not being shipped, only to get told Fantic having issues at the factory with order backlog due to a business reform or something then they gone ghost on me lack of communication and no clear timeframe feels like I won’t be riding at all this summer

Ok, ordered a radiator for my Sherco motorbike then looked at the reviews and felt a bit anxious, I received an order confirmation then nothing for 3 days, I emailed to no avail and phoned up and it was in French or just was an unrecognized number, then in day 4 got an email back from Adele saying not in stock even though showing in stock and still on there website, she said it would be posted on the Friday 5 days after my order, anyway I got it today 5 days after ordering so I am very happy, I will use again, maybe it’s me inpatient I don’t know but to be fair the part came through quick and well wrapped so I can’t complain!

shocking company to deal with, ordered parts on 17/0//2026, still have not received them, asked to cancel and get a refund, no response or acknowledgment. looks like i've lost my money, nearly 2 months later. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

When ordering, it shows as being in stock. Then it turns out the product isn't actually in stock. When asking to cancel the order and get a refund, the reply is that you'll have the product by the end of next week—but I won't. I paid for more expensive shipping.
I do not recommend.

The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I cannot give 0.I placed an order, but I never received a tracking number. Since then, it has been impossible to get in touch with them. I have tried calling their UK phone number multiple times, but nobody ever answers.When I call their French number, I get through to a lady who barely speaks English and cannot understand what I am saying. I eventually called to request a refund for my order. She promised that someone who speaks English would call me back later that same day, but they never did.On top of that, I have sent multiple emails to both their UK and French email addresses, and they completely ignore those as well. Avoid this company at all costs!
