Time after time after time after time
Time after time after time after time, I have asked you NOT to send letters to me. You apoliged and said there would be no more. Still they keep coming so bloody insensitive, I am enraged. Think the only way I will get rid of you it to bloody move house. Just stop, look up my address, just stop. I am at the end of my tether now.

I dealt with a lovely lady on the…
I dealt with a lovely lady on the phone, I had already organised a plan for my Dad and have now taken out a plan for myself. For me personal I feel this is an amazing service which saves my family going through any heartache of dealing with organising a funeral, this way things are dealt with in a caring way and my family rest assured that this is my choice.

Quick and easy to set up
My mum used Pure Cremation for her funeral plan. She deleted with Marie who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, sympathetic and most of friendly and approachable. It was quick and easy with no health questions.
She would recommend them to anyone wanting to get a funeral plan in the future

Being able to actually talk to a person…
Being able to actually talk to a person is really important. Also the two occasions I needed to contact PC I was dealt with by a cheerful, polite lady, had a few laughs and felt good while discussing what is really a somber experience.
