I purchased the policy which was only $99 so that's a plus however if you cancel they want you to wait 3 months to only get half of what you paid. Im cool with the half but to wait 3 months when ive already paid... Unacceptable.

We apologize for the confusion. You can cancel your six-month policy at any time for a partial refund. Because you wanted to cancel within the first 3 months, your refund would be 50%. Once you confirm cancellation, your policy would no longer be in effect and we would send you your refund. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Misleading marketing
The customer service was fine. It was the misleading marketing that ticked me off. It says monthly payments on the website, but you end up paying full price upon checkout. I first thought that it was just showing the total id be paying in the next six month via monthly payments, but my statement showed otherwise. I have no problem paying the premium in full because it is low enough, but the fact that they had to trick consumers like that is not necessary. I would rather pay more on a business that is upfront with their customers. Insurance is supposed to give peace of mind, not the opposite.

Great Experience So Far
I've had a really great experience with them so far for my DJ Insurance. Really easy to add a certificate of liability and their customer service helped walk me through any issues I had. The only reason for not having 5 stars is they don't have the auto portion as a part of the insurance coverage. They still seem to be relatively new to DJ Insurance offerings, so hopefully that will change when it comes time to renew.
