Since our policies are issued within minutes after someone purchases, there is no need for a temporary binder. Customers can log in to their account (https://customer.prosightdirect.com), and can instantly access a Certificate of Insurance as proof of being insured. They can also file a claim, add an additional insured to a certificate, and view their policy documents all through our online portal.

Found out about them via a yoga friend. I'm a yoga and zumba instructor plus I'm a personal trainer. I needed an all inclusive type of policy. Prosight was easy to sign up for and not that expensive.

Please note, there is only a deductible for DJ equipment claims and not for general liability claims, such as 3rd-party property damage or bodily injury. Although it is referenced several times throughout the process (including the quote page and in your policy packet), we are working on other ways to make this more prominent for customers moving forward. We truly value your feedback, as it gives us a better understanding of what our customers need.
