NO ADDITIONAL INSURED
I was not able to add an additional insured to the holding Certificate and Customer Support was not able to assist at all. this is the first insurance company that does not allow me to add additional insureds.

We apologize for the miscommunication. The policy you purchased automatically includes additional insured status for venues. We can assure you that even if you did not proactively list the venue on your policy, it would be covered in the event of a claim. If the venue requires that it be listed, you can log into the user portal and add the venue as a “Certificate Holder”. When you list that venue as a “Certificate Holder”, you are providing a certificate that shows the venue has additional insured status in accordance with additional insured endorsements referenced within the certificate.
Again, we're sorry for the trouble the miscommunication may have caused and take full responsibility for it. Going forward, we are taking measures to ensure the language we use with our customers is clear and straightforward.

Easy to get set up. There was not a monthly payment option even though the price is shown in annual & monthly breakdown. I did not get a payment receipt for my records. Other than that, it was a straightforward process!

The Insurance Pro DJs need....
Great service and the DJ insurance I needed and every other traveling DJ needs. I was able to meet requirements for venues like The Atlantis Resort & Casino which honestly speaking had I and a couple of industry vets worried. After speaking with Taylor Wright, the extra certificate addendum was made prompt and swiftly. I cannot be more happy with ProSight Direct.

Good insurance - bad service and tech issues
When researching, it took several messages to get an answer. Purchased the policy on Tuesday and didn't receive the confirmation/binding. Waited 48 hours and still nothing. Called and was told by person answering the phone that it looks like it was a computer problem and that I would get the confirmation and proof of insurance the next morning. I checked in the next morning and was told it was top priority and they were working on it. Around noon time, they finally fixed the problem. What should have been easy was very stressful. The website itself is easy to use and the prices are fair. Computer and communication issues is why I give 2 stars for the review.

I just bought a Fitness Liability…
I just bought a Fitness Liability Insurance policy. I don't know how ProSight Direct is as far as handling actual claims...but I do know the website was a pleasure to use! It seems very organized and easy to follow, explained things clearly, and I was able to do everything I needed simply and pretty quickly. Compared to other companies I have tried to use, this was so much better! So far, so good. Thank you!
