When i started my insurance policy, i noticed that i set the date for the date of my event and could not go back an change the date. I called in and spoke with the nicest person (wish) i remembered her name. She took my info and my listened to my concern. She said she would call me back and she did with a solution and everything worked out!!

This has been an extremely unacceptable experience. Your website seemed informative and easy to use until I entered my payment information and received an error message. When I called, I was advised by your staff to complete the transaction again and was told I would only be charged once. I did as suggested and now have duplicate charges on my account which I have been told cannot be reversed in a timely manner and has caused harm to my business as we had budgeted those funds for a non-profit event that will suffer loss due to this error. This unfortunate circumstance has overshadowed any positive review I could have given and although, the coverage is convenient, the service and experience has not proven to be worth that convenience.

We did try everything in our power to have the banks expedite removing the original “pending charge” from your account, but were told it would take between 3-5 days. On a good note, we were happy to see that the hold was lifted today. To prevent this rare circumstance from happening to another customer, we have made changes to our platform. Finally decided to look into ProSight Direct...& I'm glad that I did!
I'm a Professional FT DJ in the South Central PA/MD/Tri-State area that had been using another DJ insurance company for many years, but after getting a substantial increase, decided to look into ProSight Direct...& I'm glad that I did!
The website was easy to navigate, they have multiple options to consider & their reasonable total pricing selection with some really great rates(as well as the ability to do 6-months) makes them the solid choice---at least for me!
I'm looking forward to doing business with them, now & into the future!
